This app is great. The free plan is what I needed, you can personalize in many ways the colors and translations and the best feature is that you can import reviews with a .csv file. It's so easy and helpful when you have more than 300 reviews to import (even with images), Also I have to say that the customer service is so effective and fast, I contact them because I had some issue on how the images were showing at the product page, and they solve in the same day. Thanks

I just installed this plugin, but encountered some minor troubles. I contacted customer service via email, and the problem was solved quickly! Also this plugin is really awesome. There is no one of the best review plugins ever used!

Works very well! If you're looking for a functional FREE version, Rivyo is the perfect match! I've made a lot of research before making a decision and I almost abandoned to get a plan of around $2 per month until I found Rivyo. Honestly, I'm happy with their software, I did not experience their customer service yet because I don't need it (for the moment)! I am very satisfied with their user friendly platform and grateful that they'll allow the customers to post one photo per review (in other free plans, you don't even have this option except if you pay for it). So yeah, I'm grateful that they would allow this and I intend to stay with them because of that.

The support team is very good. The response was good and on time. I am very satisfied with them. If I could give them 10 stars I would, for now only 5. Keep up the good work!

This app is very good for the design of the reviews. It still has some improvements to do like editing multiple users at a time, or multiple reviews at a time.
