Una app bastante completa en su versión gratuita y que puede ser mejor con un plan de pago. En su momento empecé con un plan gratuito pero ahora acabo de adquirir el plan de pago (es poco dinero) y así puedo importar reseñas de Amazon que dan más credibilidad y son mejores. Como tengo un tema externo para mi web tuve algunos problemas con la integración de la app y las reseñas de los productos; y el soporte técnico enseguida me arregló el problema y me ubicó las reseñas en el lugar donde les indiqué y queda genial. Update Thank you for addressing this issue. It is important that app developers be mindful that the most important attribute they can provide is good timely support when there is an issue. Thanks again We use the paid version of this app on a few stores but have noticed a decrease in support. In truth the only reason to use a paid version of an app isn't for functionality but because of the support. For the last week we had tried to get support adding the app correctly to the product pages and adding reviews via cvs file but couldn't get the format correct. After 5 days of no help on the install issue we figured it out our selves but we couldn't get the cvs file format correct so we requested support formatting the file and emailed them a copy of our original file. We got 3 emails from support telling us to format the file before uploading it and we sent multiple emails saying that we tried that and can't get it which is why we need support.

I was impressed by how the reviews could be looked like that I installed the app, it does the job! Our customers could upload photos with the review now. And I have to give a thumb up to their support team- They responded quickly and help me fix the coding problem, such as the install and layout setting issues, I am just trying the free plan but still got full support.

Hello, I almost never leave opinions on applications but I had to do it this time because I bothered them so much and they were always professional and very responsive. They imported all of my customer reviews from my old application that I had in CSV file on each product as I asked them to. I am very demanding and I can say that the quality of their application and coupled with the quality of their services simply deserve not 5 but rather 10 stars. The only downside is that the application doesn't support multilingual yet, but I hope it will be for very soon. I think you'll have me in your paws for a long time to come. Thank you so much for everything, you are without a doubt the best.

Really helpful and highly customisable, I recommend it as I've tried a few other review apps and decided to go with this one!

UPDATE: 14.05.2020 Today I reached out to the support team again to ask for help with changing the size of the buttons. Zigs sorted it out for me in 10 min. Thank you again. Well, let me give you a few honest no BS reasons why I am using Rivyo. 1) It has all the functions with lots and lots of customizations for 6$ a month. 2) They have AMAZING customer support that answers in few minutes and writes code for your personal needs, which you just need to copy and paste. I've got everything I wanted in under 5 minutes. 3) The app is intuitive and easy to use. Special thanks to Zigs for help. :)
