We just started to use this app and are not very computer literate. We contacted Thimatic to assist us in setting this up in our store. Jack Patel contacted us right away to walk us through the setup. The review app is up and running and working great. Thanks! Updated: We had some trouble with a customized theme and Rivyo was right there again to make sure our reviews worked when we transferred to a new one. Great service!

Fantastic app! Adding reviews is a lot easier..We've experienced an issue with installation and the rescue has been quick and smooth. It looks smart and the interface is also user-friendly with plenty of features. Definitely recommended!

I've imported more than 60 reviews with this app, and it shows up nicely on my website. I had some trouble uploading, it wasn't as straight forward as I had hoped, and therefore 4 stars to the app. However, the staff has been really kind and helpful, so I'd give those 5 stars.

Works well, good product and very good support. Had an issue with duplicate reviews, asked them for just a small bit of help and they dealt with the whole issue from start to finish. Very impressed

I have updated my review after carefully consideration and help received from support team. Initially thought issue with apps and was not importing reviews from Amazon later reported to apps team and received excellent support. Even support team keep follow up with updates. Rivyo review app provides all features my store needs, plus the look and feel looks great. We have an issue during setup, Rivyo's support team provided assistance and fix in a very quick turnaround. Highly recommended product!

App is user-friendly. Only thing is Im not good with coding to add the reviews to my store. Contacted the customer service and they were super helpful and helped with the code and now the reviews are all set up nicely. Recommended!
