Great and perfect service, although you can't edit product reviews on the app, but the import function is perfect, and great customer service, prompt response and direct assistance, highly recommended

Honestly super easy. Very similar to Amazon reviews so there's a lot of familiar functions people are used to. Their support has to be top notch. We've had a couple different support issues and these guys resolve them with half an hour. They do a great job changing code around to suit our stores needs. Definitely worth the money. The best reviews app. We have used all the 'top' reviews apps for other stores, but nothing compares to the ease of use as this one. The support was amazing, responded within a couple of hours & actioned what we requested from them. Have installed on another 4 stores since. 5 STARS!

The customer service is excellent. Quick, prompt and friendly responses. The team assisted with manual installation, custom CSS modifications and provided the ability to manually modify CSS myself in our theme in the future when necessary. Once installed the app is easy to use and looks great. Highly recommend!
