App does just as it says with excellent customer service support from Abbie who went beyond what is necessary. Absolutely amazing :)

First off, let me just say this- Abbie is hands down the most extraordinary customer service agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She not only goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure you have everything you need- But Abbie truly cares about YOU and your BRAND. I know most of us aren't tech-savvy but she takes the time to not only provide you with relevant information but she even give you key information to help see you win as a business owner. Agents like Abbie are the reason why I am leaving a review today. This is one of my favorite apps. It's very important to build relationships with your customers. Thanks Abbie! These guys are amazing, if you are confused at all they helped me on a call and we did a run through on the app and features amazing customer support. Has been such a better experience in comparison to other similar apps, high recommend them. You get a way better value out of this app.

Love the app, it counts as a great differentiator vs the competition. On the other side, as long as you're at the beginning with your business, results aren't quite obvious and you have to educate your clients & create a behaviour to use the rewards system.
