We love knowing Rewind is there to back up our data automatically. It provides a great sense of security for us, especially when doing mass updates that can disable the store in 1 click if not done properly. Knowing there is a way to reverse anything we've just done is a great security blanket, and the fact it does it all automatically for us means we don't have to remember to back up each and every time we make a change.

Love this app, it has saved me from near disaster once prior due to a developer accidentally killing a key component of our site. We simply couldn't live without this app!

This is a ‘must have’ App. Were your business to suffer loss of your trading records then that may very well prove disastrous. And while Shopify is an excellent business, it cannot be expected to cover every single eventuality for every customer. Rewind is very easy to install and setup. It makes it easy to restore specific sections of the site or the entire site if it were ever needed. Worth the investment in case something catastrophic were to ever happen. Kevin www.gotimegear.com

Not had to use it yet but impressed with ease of use to set up and the presentation of the backups in the 'vault' - you can restore the whole site to a particular date and time or do the same with any particular element. It is very swish - it even renders the content it has backed up for you!

Excellent app! Very good support. I particularly like how individual products can be restored if needed. Also, everything is broken down into modules (such as themes, etc) which make restores very fast. Overall, this is THE go-to app for our backup solution. It is absolutely first class!

I am extremely happy with this app. Not being a coder, it took me a two months to create my website and one of the app that I tried, from different vendor. messed up my website. On a recommendation from Shopify I installed this app after having lost some work, today am I ever happy I did. I just lost 6 months of development work in a new theme I was installing, or so I thought. I reached out to Rewind Support and within an hour I had someone working on my issue and resolving my problem. I'm now back up and running. This is client support the way it was supposed to be, my tech made me feel like it was his problem too. I highly recommend you install this app, and I hope you never need it, but if you do, rest assured there's someone at the end of the line, competent and ready willing and able. Thanks guys

Making the switch over from WPEngine Wordpress hosting left a lot to be wanted in regards to backups, that is, until I found the Rewind app. I have to say, I'm quite impressed. I can back up my entire store in one click, and then rewind different parts of the store to earlier versions without having to rewind the entire store itself. So if I destroy all my products somehow, I can rewind just those... and nothing else if I don't want to... And that, made it MUCH better than any other backup I have ever used. So bravo for the brilliant app, and thank you for bringing me peace of mind knowing that every part of my shop is backed up, and safe.

Must have app - great interface and simple to use, top service too. Rewind has saved our bacon in our fly fishing store more than once!

Peace of mind is worth every penny when your playing around with exports.

Great app. Works silently in the background and gives opportunity to backup if you, or someone else, makes a mistake. Also great customer service and they are willing to help and do extra work for a very reasonable amounts. Helped us to copy entire store to another store.

So far so good, we haven't actually used the recovery feature yet thank goodness. But all looks as it should, the GUI is clear and easy to manage and read. Everything looks good.

We haven't had to use a backup as yet, but it feels great to know we have a backup to restore from should we ever need to

We've been using Rewind for a couple months now, and it is an excellent app. The backups work superbly, and customer service is impeccable. We sleep very well at night knowing Rewind is keeping our website secure. If you don't have backup, we highly recommend you give Rewind a try.

The most important app we have on shopify. You only save as much as you can afford to the loose and with this app, I don't have to worry about loosing anything. Shopify is in control over our own business, now I have a back up. And they provide the best customer service ever, I need something special and they built it for me. I recommend this app and this company to you and all my customers on shopify.
