It's difficult to leave a review until I've had a need to restore from backup, but I am very pleased with the user experience so far so consider my review for that. Coming from a previous Magento site, the thought of not being able to backup on Shopify was too much - I've seen firsthand the things that can go wrong, especially when adding apps and editing the source code. While I do think this should be a feature built into Shopify and not something we should have to pay extra for, the app does a good job of showing me what's backed up and when and stays out of the way otherwise. The peace of mind alone is worth the small monthly fee - though if it was any more expensive I'd have reservations. Back to changing the world, one hammock at a time! https://www.treklightgear.com

I'd give this a zero. WHat do you have fake reviews written by friends and family? I am pretty unpleased with this application. I deleted collections of blogs and put them all under one category versus several. I asked for help to "rewind and backup" a previous date to get these blogs back in place. This is the "professional" email I received back. Sent to Karina S and help@rewind.io How would you like to fix this? What would you like to happen? Mike -- Mike Mike from Rewind No hello and thank you for contacting us. I've read the previous issues from the email forwarded by Shopify ...etc. Just this response. Not what I call customer service. I then responded with my issue and didn't hear back from them. So I sent another email asking Is anyone home? The next day I woke up and checked for emails and still no response. Not an app I would recommend. Customer service is very poor.

App works well and when I had an issue support was able to get a fix in quick.

We love this app! Rewind is Amazing! What would we do without this app! the peace of mind is insane! It’s really seamless and works exactly as advertised. We have been using it for a few weeks now and we have had no problems. Looks like a lot of effort went into making features that actually work. We've been using Rewind for over a month now and never felt so safe about our data! We had to recover an old version of a product's description and were able with the built-in functionality. It's a small fee to pay to get a good peace of mind!

This app gives us peace of mind knowing our site is backed up daily. Shopify does NOT back up your site so if you want to protect your site then you need to install an app for that. Great customer support too!

We have been using the software for https://www.sundried.com/ for about 3 weeks. Very easy to use. Really quick to set-up.

Helps me sleep at night, and the customers service has been friendly and helpful. An entirely positive experience thus far!

This is a must have. Having recently suffered a massive loss of data due to a Shopify glitch (not that they'll admit it) - I am still rebuilding my store three weeks later. Rewind gives you the features that should be built into the platform by default and by doing so, gives me more peace of mind than I thought possible. If you thought your Shopify data was backed up - it's not. Get Rewind and get on with building your business. I have it on both my stores.

This app makes me feel safe, I don't have to worry about making mistakes now.

Just signed up this morning and the backup went smoothly. The app "tour" was professional and helpful.

It all seems to be working well for us so far! Hopefully, we never have to use the backup, but it is good peace fo mind to know it is there!

I haven't had to use the restore functionality (knock on wood) but the app seems good at consistently backing up our store and keeping me abreast of exactly what the deltas are from one backup to the next.

This is simple to use and gives great peace of mind that I can restore if anything goes wrong. Very happy with the Rewind Backups for Spotify service.

We just installed this on our new Shopify store (and have used this app in the past), and we really like it. It has been very helpful in quickly reversing those little human errors that occasionally occur when editing products or pages :)

This app is MARVELOUS! Every shop owner should have it installed. Aside from the ongoing convenience (and piece of mind) - "at least" - once during the time that you have a shop - something will go wrong and be deleted or overwritten. (that day you will be glad you have this - no matter what the price) This app backs up everything - including all the data & objects that are not included in Theme backup.

Fantastic app. We have recently migrated from Magento EE to Shopify Plus and the installation process of apps Shopify is so much easier, couple that with this incredible backup/restore system and we are thrilled. Rewind allows me to sleep at night!

Remember that feeling of wishing you had backed up the information or photos you just lost? If you are worried about loosing any of your work, or looking to trial a new feature or changes to your website, get this app and have a lot less things to worry about! I found this app as I was undertaking changes to ChateauAntiques.com, and wanted a way back if I either needed one because there was an issue with the new code, or just if I preferred how things were before. The customer service given by this company alone gives great peace of mind as to their efficiency, and coupled with being able to see clearly that backups are happening automatically makes this app essential for anyone who values the work and investment they have put into their Shopify site. A backup is one of those things that every store needs. Haven't had to use it much yet but the feature set seems good.

Great and user friendly product with excellent support staff behind it. Mike at Rewind patiently guided me when I encountered an issue with Shopify and wouldn't give up until the issue was resolved. Highly recommend this app and this company.
