For peace of mind this is well worth it. We had an experience with our previous platform where some images were lost and we had to manually upload again which was very time consuming. Hopefully this is an app that won't be required much, but to know that you can Rewind to a point in time, is just great.

Invaluable! With bulk uploads overwriting individual edits I'd be a dead man if this wasn't available to rollback individual products I'd accidentally overwritten! #1 app we use!

The app is worth its weight in gold. I've used it multiple times in the last couple months to clean up some unintentional mistakes with the theme/files in my store, caused from experiments with the design, etc. If I've had to pay a coder to repair my store after each coding misfortune, I'd have needed a war chest. Instead - I can fix literally any unexpected problem in my store by spending a second to rewind it to a date or an hour where everything have been working well. I can literally mess something up and fix it immediately by rewinding the store half an hour backwards. If you value your time and your store - get this app asap.

It has been a pleasure to use this product for backups and recovery, it is well designed and the support has been exceptionally good. The zip file export (requested through a request to rewind support at this time) is the secret sauce for us— the image export which is part of the zip file has been invaluable.

I had someone who was assisting me with backend theme work with the goal to get my website to load faster, after 2 days I noticed my website was COMPLETELY messed up on the front end, the layout had errors, my add on apps weren't working, SEO score dropped by half etc etc. Thank God for rewind, I set it back to when I believed the work started and my website was fixed and back to normal. Having spent countless(!) hours perfecting the front end experience and 3k products, I would've lost my mind if I'd had to start over or pay a ton of money and waits weeks to identify and fix the coding. Thank you Rewind, best money I've invested in my shop so far!!

Rewind saved us when we accidentally deleted a collection we had spent hours building. The process to recover what we needed couldn’t have been easier and we were able to restore just that collection without having to revert anything else on the site.

This app has been an absolute lifesaver for me. Well worth the monthly fee.

So far, the backups have worked great and on auto-pilot. Customer service has been great as well. Editing this again almost a year later: Nothing but more positives with this app. The technical support is fantastic. Definitely a staple app for all Shopify stores.

We were advised to backup our website so set about looking for an app that could do this and after reading the reviews on 'Rewind' we took the plunge and signed up. We can now sleep well at night, knowing that our website is regularly backed up offsite :-)

How many times have you purchased a product or service, then received an email from the founder asking if he could speak to you about your thoughts about the service? In my years of experience, the answer is a big fat zero. Mike Potter at Rewind set a whole new standard (in my opinion) in not only listening to his customers, but in actually reaching out and proactively requesting a conversation. The funny thing is, I am a religious believer in backups. I subscribe to the old backup joke of "one is none, and two is one" when it comes to backup methods. I had been a subscriber for about a month and was using a bulk editor to make some adjustments to a large volume of products in my store. As luck would have it, I made an error and messed up about a hundred products. Rather than sweat it and take the time to key in all the necessary corrections, I chose to "rewind it" and it worked fantastically. The irony of it was, this happened the night before I had agreed to talk to Mike. As a result, of my user experience with the product and my subsequent conversation with Mike, I am a big supporter of the both the product and the company. In fact, I also now use their product to backup my Quickbooks Online account.

A must have: Even if you are very careful, that you back up your theme manually before installing apps or updating code to your theme files, even if you are very careful when you bulk edit your products, there will always be this one time when something goes wrong and you can't go back. When this happen, this will app will save you hours of work.

Great app! Saved my site. I managed to destroy it through a code change. And thanks to Rewind I could bring it back to work normally. Only recommend!

Love this app. We regularly add, pause, delete and edit products and Rewind makes the process seamless when we need to go back. Highly recommend for any Shopify store!

We have to thank your company for the Rewind App. We installed your app a couple of months ago... never expecting to use it. Today an app support team broke our website and left a jumbled mess. It would have cost us 1000's of $$$ in lost sales until it was repaired. We hit the rewind button and within minutes our site was up an back to normal. It works!!!
