So far so good. The visibility of what is backed up is excellent and provides real peace of mind that we can recover if the worst were to happen, or simply part of the site gets broken. It's always a bit of a nail-biter adding apps that modify things in the background - another good reason to have this in place. No brainer - do it!

You think that you will never need the services of a company like this, until mysteriously the theme of your store goes blank. The price is very good for the service they offer, keep up the good work.

No brainer essential for Shopify, zero setup and peace of mind. Awesome

Rewind just saved my ass!!! I was working a little too fast and I pretty much destroyed a product description during html editing. Silly me. I didn't THINK of worrying about code safety because I trusted Rewind. 5-stars!

Absolutely awesome, Rewind saved my business from a rogue Shopify Partner! I had installed Rewind as I was concerned about protecting my customer data and my ability to recover in the event of a mistake or hack, but little did I know that I would actually need to protect myself from a crooked website developer, who was meant to be building the website, developing a new web and providing digital marketing services. Having complained about their poor quality work, their response was to seize ownership of my Shopify store, then systematically delete the entire site I had built and already paid for, including the new web app. Following this they made a ransom demand to "open negotiations". Fortunately, Shopify managed to return ownership of the store to me, then Sarah at Rewind proved to be absolutely amazing with her dedicated support and help. In just a few minutes, all my deleted data had been restored, back to where it was before the hack. Absolutely fantastic, well done Team Rewind, can't thank you enough!

I installed Rewind a few weeks ago to guarantee that our daily work isn't lost and, so far, I few peaceful to have this APP installed. It's worth a try.

I have not been using Rewind for very long but so far it seems to be doing the job. I do however have to rave about the outstanding customer service Rewind offers. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my backup solutions.

I carry a HUGE inventory with several sizes and prints of leggings and tops, so the list is constantly changing by the minute. Although I’m still learning how to work Rewind, so far it’s been great!

Very usefull to change the website without fear of loosing stuff

We've spent considerable time and resource tailoring our Shopify sites, so a independent back up service is essential. We have 2 stores both using Rewind and we'll be moving to the paid version shortly.

Fantastic app. Easy to use and very clear with their tutorial right from the start. I personally needed an app to download a backup of my shop to my local drive, which Rewind doesn't offer per-se. I dropped them an email with my request and were very quick to answer and solve my issue. 10/10 would use for future shops.
