Awesome app....almost forgot we have it. Sleep well knowing when I wake the store is waiting and if it weren't, I would just Rewind. Everything in life should be this easy. Have rec'd a call from the team just caring about our experience, EVEN THO WE ARE ON THE FREE PLAN at this time. Usually you cant find people when you have a problem...not with these folks. This is one of Shopify's few MUST HAVE Apps. I nearly deleted my whole digital database because I had accidently clicked on the wrong app to delete. I was literally a second off . . . no online store! Thanks so much guys for providing a free backup service. After my heart stopped. I realised I had the backups now even if I did make a massive mistake like that, so it was OK and I could start breathing again. I only found this app last week and it would have to be the most valuable app I have installed.

A had a problem. Rewinded the theme and presto all back to normal. Highly recommended. A life saver.

I was looking for an app to provide a backup of my store and Rewind offered everything we needed in a very easy way to install and utilize. The customer service is excellent and really quick to reply to any questions.

-- UPDATE -- Just after posting my review, the customer support contacting me directly apologizing and explaining why they could not add metafields due to the limitation the Shopify API has and to my surprise they gladly offered me a deal to suit my needs. They seem they want to listen to customers as I got an email from the product manager who wants to know my thoughts about the pricing. I am now a happy customer and I can't thank enough Sarah and how helpful she has been! Best customer service I've seen in a while! --- Not used the backup yet but the app is nicely done. I rated 3 stars because of the greedy pricing, doesn't even includes metafields unless you pay $99/month, that should be included even for small business and pricing based on the number of products... All those apps that make you pay per products make me want to use WordPress where plugins are the same price whether you have 10 or 10000 products...

VERY useful app if you use Shopify. If there's ever a bug or mistake on our website, we can go back and restore the old version without any issues! Definitely recommend!

Hey Mike! Rewind saved my ass today! While working on a major home page update I accidentally deleted some obscure Facebook code that I had no idea where I originally got it. Would have taken me hours to fix the problem. BUT rewind enabled me to get a home page copy of a week before, and fixed my error in five minutes -- versus 5 hours. Was I ever glad I am paying for the rewind! tnx, Dana, webmaster (aka webslave) :D

We've had Rewind installed since 2016 & thankfully have never needed to use it until today! One of the team accidentally deleted a ton of variants after thinking they'd created a duplicate while being distracted (welcome to juggling 100 tasks in a small biz). Ouch. But no issue, Rewind jumped straight on it & brought all that data back! Right now, I freaking love you guys! Thank you! Well worth the investment for times just like these.

I use this app to do weekly backups of our site and it seems to be working great. The free plan is ideal for sites just starting out.

Using Rewind is so easy to set up within your Shopify store - it's a great add on for peace of mind that all your work is safe and sound. The service is also really good and makes sorting out any details really easy.

Fantastic must have app for every Shopify store. One of the rare times you install an app and it just does it's job with zero issues. User friendly interface, excellent pricing and not that you'll be needing it but if you do have questions the support is A+. I usually don't write reviews but these guys deserve it.

We're already had an instance where a liquid file was incorrectly edited and Review Rewind saved our bacon (kept us from a terrible mistake). We were able to successfully restore the original file with no damage. Review Rewind = backup insurance. Easy to install. UPDATE 10/02/18: I contacted support because I couldn't "Rewind" several liquid snippets. They fixed the issue in no time and was fast on a response.
