Very easy to set up and use. Perfect app to get more reviews. Really enjoy the simplicity of the emails sent to customers.

Nicely laid out app that makes sending follow up emails to the customers automated. Not sure how many reviews we have received specifically from the app since it just reports how many people opened the email and clicked on the link but I much prefer this to trying to remember to send follow-up emails manually.

We have used it for just one day and so far have received only a couple of reviews, we are yet to see and analyze its results and impact but all in all a nice app. TBhai.com

It's an okay app for now. Still learning how to use it. The app's review window keeps popping up; I'm slightly annoyed that a minimum of 100 characters are required to leave a review.

It took less than 10 minutes to send lots of mails to customers that purchased long time ago. In less than a day we have updated reviews on Google Shopping, Facebook and Trustpilot. It is easy to add review-channels of choice and you can even decide the percentage of reviews you want from each channel. It's a no-brainer!

Excellent app. Some of the default design could do with a bit of a spruce up but it's customisable and easy to update. Did exactly what we were looking for. Turned our 4.2 google rating into 4.7 in a week. Was a bit surpised when it emailed a bunch of customers from previous shipments and I wouldn't have selected this if I'd known it was going to, as we were using another review app previously, however it turned out really well and our number of reviews and score increased dramatically and quickly. Good work.

can you upload a demonstration video on how to install and setup the app to work fine in website so that will be helpful.

Really enjoying this app so far. Very easy to use and effective for our website reviews. Highly reccomend

App was simple enough to add on to the store, glad they have a free option plan, overall it's great. One thing I would change is giving the customer the option to be able to choose where they would like to leave a review at, rather than only 1 option.

Just downloaded the app so I can't really give any feedback just yet. I believe it'd be better to get back to customers for an accurate feedback a few days later rather than straight away when the app is installed.

This app seems to be the best of the best I have used recently for my store. it as all the options needed to boost sales, however it can be improved further.
