The app is really great for soliciting reviews from customers. Very easy to set up and runs on its own in the background.

Just downloaded this app and set everything up. Love how they can automatically send emails to request reviews from my customers after the orders are fulfilled!

I like the that the customers can review quick and easy with a happy face. They want to leave a review but want it to be easy this is easy and fast

Finally have a way to have some control over any surprising negative reviews. Works completely in the background and is free for small storefronts like mine. Thanks Reputon.

Great app! The widgets from the other app are pretty great too. Have been using them for a while now.

Really enjoyed using the app, the setup was great and somewhat automated which was really helpful. It streamlined the major follow up process for me, and helped collect some additional reviews. However, unfortunately Yelp platform still keeps hiding, I wish the app could actually establish some relationship to prove authenticity of these reviews.

We have already started getting reviews. I love that we don't need to do anything, just wait for the app to send the email and see what we get. It's also great that they notify you if it's less than 5 star.

I have never used any other review app before and then came across Reputon and it seems pretty straight forward to use. Looking forward to more use and hopefully can help grow my business.

This app has worked really well for us so far. We've had many wonderful reviews and only had two negative reviews so far; however, receiving these negative reviews privately is great because it allows you to work out what the problem is before receiving a negative review publicly. That is by far the best feature!

Great app so far. Does exactly as it states. The number of reviews has increased weekly since installing.
