I was looking for a way to provide automated reports from our new Shopify store with the exact data my Exec Council was receiving from our different locations on a daily and weekly basis and even other date ranges so as to do some efficient promotional analysis. The amount of existing template was amazing and very useful. But I wanted to have a report that would condense the specific data I needed, including some sales data by vendors and by product types. I tried 3 other apps before I found Report Pundit, and none were able to do the job. Pundit Support worked numerous hours putting my reports together (it took more time than necessary until I could figure out what I needed based on what was possible, but we nailed it and we have the exact report my execs need for any time frame desired. We even have them automatically reported on schedule to everyone who need or want them. And we even have them automatically added to Google Drive/sheet so whatever computer our Execs use, they can access our sales reports for free on their existing computer. Like many of us I was looking for Free reports, but the small fee to pay for these reports generated by Pundit will save 10-15 hours for each location manager weekly and will eliminate human errors - which also amounts in weekly hours of frustration for some execs who have a hard time to collect exact data from new managers! So thank you so much Report Pundit, you are providing a most valuable service which we wish was available from Shopify standardly. But personalized data can not be provided by a generic outfit and you fill this void exceptionally! JP :-)

Awesome! Unlimited amount of data points that can create any report you can imagine. And if you get stuck at anytime the customer support is lightning fast.

Superb and easy to use! The live support has so far been instant and their project knowledge is faultless Reports are instant and if the data is held within Shopify, then you'll be able to report on it. The biggest benefit I've found is being able to report on sales by customer tag, something shopify does not offer.

Easy to set up and use this app. Very useful for scheduling automatic reports. Customer service is great!

This app will save you hours and hours of analytics sorting and will really help our small business get a handle on international sales and much more. Rueben was very helpful in onboarding and showing how easy it is to filter reports. Amazing customer support!

Almost every report is ready to pick. Support is Excellent and the reports are very easy to create.

Outstanding support. I can't remember encountering a support team as responsive as this one. The app is extremely powerful and, with the their help, you can get almost any report that you can think of. Very reasonable price as well.

Have been using this app for a lot of operational work and analytics. Had a small problem with one of my reports and the guys fixed it for me on chat withing 15 minutes. Do not think twice before getting this app. Works great.

I've looked at many apps for our store to create reports, The support and help from the team here added to the great pricing makes it the perfect choice!

I tried over 8 different apps to get one line per Order Number. In that line I just needed Order#, Cost, and Shipping and then have it total. The only one to get it done, and in 5 minutes, was Sam. I am about to make my supplier very happy by decreasing his daily paperwork time by 90%. Perfect, Thanks.

Any time we have trouble pulling specific reports, Report Pundit always gets it for us. They have saved us so many headaches and so much time. We really recommend using them.

I use Report Pundit to easily create a variety or reports. There are many ebuilt in reports to use as a base for custom ones. What has been really helpful is that I can share links to that report and anyone with the link can view them. They don't need to login to shopify. You can also password protect the links. Support is chat based. I used it once so far and they responded quickly.

Yes... it's worth it. Every bit of data that's possible to expose from your store? Instant previews? A team that pro-actively(!) strives for customer success? Check, check, check. "Come for the data, stay for the customer service," haha. There's not much more to say--install the free trial, open a template that almost meets your exact use case, tweak to your liking, and see if you aren't able to export everything you need. Maybe you want to see all open, unfulfilled orders, that aren't tagged "shipmentHold"--and maybe you want to schedule that report. Easy! Tons of possibilities. Hit uninstall before the trial ends if you don't get value out of it, but do check with live chat first to see if maybe you didn't uncover a feature that would help you get exactly what you need.
