I used report Pundit for all kinds sales related report and utilize as tool and base for further business analysis. The customer service is responsive and helpful. The only thing I would like to report pundit to have would be the inventory O/H report for month-end and inventory movement report, I believe report pundit will become the first go-to Shopify app once it develops more robust and comprehensive coverage.

ReportPundit is probably the most powerful analysis tool available for crunching all kinds of data, including data required for payment reconciliation. Great support, helping with creating custom reports as needed.

Sam on chat just helped me add a field to a report I was designing. Really appreciated the immediate assistance. Everyone at Report Pundit I've been dealing with has been very responsive and helpful.

You guys have great customer service. I was struggling with figuring out how to set up a report and you did it for me over the chat. So great.

I use this app to create different kinds of reports. This APP is very useful and I can get a lot of information from the reports. I highly recommend this APP.

First, excellent customer support. They will help you build complex reports and scheduling, even things not available in the front-end of the app, so don't hesitate to talk to them if you need help. Second, this app is great for running reports that would be too detailed for the standard Shopify interface. This saves me hours of manual spreadsheet work every month.

While working on a report, I was unable to get the data I needed. I messaged with James in customer support while on the ReportPundit page and he was most helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. James crafted a version of it, messaged me the link so I could check it out to see if any additional information was needed. What he put together was just what I was looking for. Excellent customer service in a very timely manner!

I was looking for an app to show me vendor sell through numbers which I couldn't seem to find anywhere else. The customer service had asked if I needed a custom report and were able to build me the exact report I needed in such a short time! They were so helpful and so quick to get back to me. I needed to add on this app for end of year inventory reports and since I have needed to add custom reports. I was very easy to click on the Live Chat box and talk with a representative who quickly customized the report I needed. This app is worth the small monthly fee.

Incredible app!!! And the support is bar-none. I don't know how they do it, but when I have an issue they answer immediately and take care of my issue or questions immediately. Just had another one and they spent a lot of time working on my custom report - they did the formulas, etc. I just sat back and then enjoyed the results. FL taxes are a pain and the way they need the county info is a pain, and you have to compare to your own county surtax - another pain. But this reporting makes it incredibly easy. Thank you Report Pundit.
