Great software, all we needed to set up our programs. In addition, Alex has been very responsive to requests and some custom items we needed.

It is still too early to tell but we have had 3 affiliates sign up (all customers who purchased). It was very easy to install and support has been good.

So far its a great app. I haven't recruited any affiliates yet, but so far, all the functionalities are good.

Excellent affiliate tracking software. Incredibly simple and easy to set up and use. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

So far, so good. Setup was easy. Added my first affiliate with no hitches or glitches. Too early for five stars, so I gave it four.

I would highly recommend this app to anyone. It takes all of the guess work out of setting up an affiliate program and at a reasonable price. Plus the customer service it tops.

We switched from another affiliate product to Refersion because it's got all the features we want, the pricing is fair and it simple to set up and use. Alex provides excellent support and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. We're very happy with this app and I highly recommend Refersion to anyone looking for a great affiliate solution for their Shopify store.

The paid version of this app offers tracking via localStorage object with a fallback to cookies. We feel this will provide the most accurate tracking for our affiliates. The install was simple and the support is great. They offer enterprise plans for larger scale programs. Recommended for companies with growing affiliate networks.

The BEST affiliate program app for Shopify. Hands down. Support is fast, friendly and efficient. The interface (backend and user experience) is intuitive and easy to navigate. Setup, tracking and integrations (MailChimp, API, etc). Whether you're new to affiliate programs or experienced with significant sales volume--this is the best app to test first.

I originally tried another affiliates app which unfortunately wasted a week of my time before I finally threw in the towel. I contacted Shopify and they recommended Refersion to me. At first I was a little apprehensive as I didn't want to commit to a monthly pay plan. As soon as the decision was made it took me no time at all to instal the app, contact my future affiliate and to get the ball rolling. Any questions have been answered within 24 hours and advise given. I would totally recommend this app to other companies who wish to grow their affiliate business.

Alex has been extremely helpful in getting me started; from answering questions, to troubleshooting, he seems to always be available! Refersion is a great "plug-and-play" platform to get started in your affiliate marketing. The fact that you can start Refersion for free and pay only when you make money should give you all the more reason to get started TODAY!

In the grand scheme of things, Refersion has been the easiest app for setting up an affiliate program. Just like Shopify itself, this app is very easy to use and the service is wonderful. It's a no-brainer. The app is free until you start to make money and then you pay which is exactly how an affiliate program should be. Although it's obvious that this app is quite young, I feel that it will only get better and I'm excited for that.

Excellent application, works as intended and customer support is phenomenal. The only reason we feel this application receives a four star rating opposed to a five star application is because it lacks a lot of customization and design options. There is no white branding options, customization in terms of the text fields is limited, and one big issue is we cannot have our own custom domain name. We are in need of an affiliation application that allows us to customize our registration page URL with CNAME pointing (ex. affiliates.dmcollectibles.com) but this application does not support that. All in all, this application is solid. It works as it is intended to do so but we are just looking for a more customizable referral application with a more sleeker design and a lot more features. If Refersion gets these types of features, we will definitely look to switch back but for now, we are forced to look elsewhere.
