We've been a Refersion customer for about 5 years and the team has always been great to work with. Recently, we were working on a project to connect Refersion to a landing page platform and Andre from the team was a huge help to get the project completed!

So far the app has been easy to use and customer service answers quickly from chat. Jon has been great at helping me figure out issues.

Just spoke with Jon from the Refersion's customer service team; he was super helpful and followed up with me multiple times. My experience with the Refersion team has been great- like Jon, many other Refersion members usually responded my messages quickly and resolved the issued I had promptly.

Janice was awesome! Being new to Refersion, I had some questions which Janice was super helpful with. I also appreciated how quickly she responded and got me all set up, thank you!

I can not even enter the software. I tried everything. Reinstalling. Creating new account. Nothing work. No customer Service. Might have to move to other APP

Updated to 5 stars. Customer service very graciously amended our plan. Thank you! Be careful. They sign you on to a one year agreement that automatically renews, and will charge you for the rest of the year if you don't want to continue using their platform. A very disappointing experience, you'd think that after years of being a customer they'd let us move on without trying to squeeze our small business for more money.

I regret using this software. Refersion does a great job of marketing their tools, but after using it for almost a year, very little rate of return. Had to sign a one-year contract to use the software. Very expensive. Now after doing more research, found many other affiliate software apps that are much more affordable, and provide much better returns. Now still having to pay over $300 per month to finish out the contract. Company has no exit policy. Be very conscious before signing up with Refersion. Customer service is poor.

We're just getting started with Refersion but, so far have had a great onboarding experience looking forward to seeing how the app can help grow our affiliate strategy!

Disappointing Experience - No Onboarding, No Help I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Refersion Affiliate Marketing has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it with others. It is essential for potential users to understand what they're signing up for before they invest time and resources into this platform. From the start, the onboarding process was nonexistent. I was eager to dive into Refersion and set up my affiliate marketing program, but it seemed like the company simply didn't care. There were no welcome emails, guides, or tutorials to help me get started. I was left to navigate the platform on my own, which was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. When I reached out to their customer support for assistance, I was met with radio silence. The lack of response was astounding, considering how important customer service should be for a company in this industry. I tried reaching out multiple times through different channels, but the result was always the same: no help. The absence of any form of guidance or support made it nearly impossible to effectively set up and manage my affiliate marketing program. I spent countless hours researching and trying to figure things out on my own, but it was clear that Refersion was not designed to be user-friendly. Overall, my experience with Refersion Affiliate Marketing has been incredibly disheartening. I recently had a technical issue regarding the priority between discount codes and referral links. I reached out to the customer support team and I have to say that I was impressed by how quickly and easily the problem was solved. Janice was particularly helpful in providing me with a clear explanation of how the system works and what I needed to do to get the best deal. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of customer service I received and I would highly recommend this company to others. We've been using Refersion for several years, and we're quite happy with the app. In fact, we switched to CJ about a year ago and never canceled Refersion. I'm glad, because we ended up not loving CJ and now we're going full steam ahead with Refersion. We just upgraded our account to unlock the Amazon Attribution, My Vertical, Gap Analysis, and expanded commission structure features. Andre has been great with onboarding. He's quite responsive and helpful.

Great merchant support. So far I am satisfied with using Refersion as our affiliate marketing platform. Thank you, John, who is always very helpful whenever I have questions and when issues arise.
