Updated Review: Thanks for updating the pricing plan description to "Free Plan Available." Updated to 3 Stars now that pricing is more transparent. Prior Review: NOT FREE. It *should* read "free plan available." Not price competitive with other comparable apps once it's not free. Also, it doesn't update with theme updates. And didn't notify me when it fell off. Despite the frustration, I gave the second star because support is super helpful.

Literally the best customer service I've ever had in life by Sinchain!!! They stuck with me for more than hour and answered every single question. I highly recommend Sinchain; they deserve a raise! Excellent service. I now will only use this app just based of how well I was treated.

Perfect app! And perfect customer service! Sinchain did his very best to help me and it worked! Perfect!! He's the absolute genious and also very friendly! The app itself is super clean, with a clear view on anything that's possible in the app. Will definitely keep using it for my business.

Response was prompt and someone was with me within a minute. Sinchain answered all my questions and fixed up all the minor issues like interface colours to match my website. The app is seamless. It will automatically create the following order and charge the customer shipping on each order. It is also immediately viewable on Shopify orders. The app works like a treat. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend it!

Just downloaded Recurpay and had a bunch of custom edits and ideas I wanted to implement. I asked a Question to their live customer service and within moments someone answered. No matter how many custom changes I asked them to do they never once got fed up or complained. Extremely impressed with that level of customer service.

Sinchain has been very responsive and helpful setting up discounts and free shipping for our customers. It is only the beginning for our business with Recurpay but so far we have been delighted in the efficiency.

recurpay is building a brilliant subscriptions infrastructure for consumer brands and more! we can't escape tech issues that do come some times with everyone with everything tech. but, believe me, when they do with recurpay, you are going to be dealing with possibly one of the best chat support overall we have experienced. by overall, we mean in all possible ways I can think of! also, you will see a cute little sinchain, which btw is also what chat calls itself! also, yes one feedback - you guys must have a call support too - not everything can be on chat every time!

UPDATE: The issue is getting worked on. I finally got some response and they have refunded the money I was out. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The only reason I'm even still using it is because I haven't found anything better. It's fine until something malfunctions, then the customer support is TERRIBLE! The only option is a live chat which is not always the best for communication. I had a problem with it, all the sudden, not charging shipping to one of my customers. I reached out and the guy said he would get back with me in 24 hours. OVER A WEEK went by then I had to reach back out because TWO MORE people didn't get charged properly as well. The only correspondence I can get is that "they're working on it". It's been two weeks! I also hope they are prepared to reimburse me the shipping charges that I've had to pay out of pocket. Over all it does process subscriptions, but the technical support is SEVERLY lacking. Don't tell me that in 2023, the only way you can communicate with people is via chat. GET A PHONE!

The customer service is so great, and the function is wonderful. I think it's the best app I have ever seen before.

This has been a great experience so far! It has taken me less then 15 minutes to set up and it integrated with my site very well. I had a couple of questions for the live chat. My questions were addressed in less then 5 minutes. They also offered other suggestions to help bring more success. Support was extremely friendly and helpful. Can't recommend enough!

I've had nothing but an AMAZING experience while using this app. It's so easy to install, setup and utilize. If there's a feature that I need added to another part of my store, the app developers are quick to respond and assist with implementation. Highly recommend.

Recurpay is AWESOME! In setting up a non-traditional shop I had a number of questions and even needed to do some custom configuration - their customer support was prompt, friendly and fixed it EVERY TIME! We love the product, the price is right, and they are cool folks - why wouldn't you use this???

I recently had the opportunity to try out the App plans and while I found the pricing to be a bit on the expensive side, I must say that the customer service was truly exceptional. The representatives were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the service. They were knowledgeable about the product and were able to answer all of my questions promptly and accurately. Overall, I would highly recommend the App. While the pricing may be a bit expensive, the level of support provided by the team is truly exceptional.

I'm setting up my new Shopify store now with membership options facilitated by Recurpay. I must say it's such a straightforward app. So easy to use but incredibly feature packed. Then I stumbled across an issue I couldn't work out. So I hit up the live chat and spoke to Sinchain. My issue was sorted in literally less than a few minutes without me doing anything. Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. You've got a customer for life now and I hope my business takes off so we both succeed
