I had a minor issue with the app and Alex was able to help me solve it very fast!

I think the app can be very powerful for any store. It has a plug and play monster funnel that should fit most stores. However, for our store it doesn't quite work out. So, I need to start testing manual offers. This will take some time but I am sure eventually the app will cover it's monthly cost.

Jordan and Eric were very friendly, helpful and efficient when assisting me to edit my funnel text :)

Just added the app to our shopify store. The videos were very helpful with setup. I was up and running within 15 mins. I hit a bit of a speedbump, but Alex from chat support was more than helpful and even offered some changes that would benefit my shop. Looking forward to seeing how our customers respond to this and an increase in sales.

For me, Reconvert is the best application I've ever used. It's a little difficult to use, but it's very complete.

Reconvert has been an awesome app for us and helped us to increase our average order value. The customer service team even went above and beyond to make sure that our post purchase funnel was fully optimized. 100% would recommend.

Wont upgrade shopify acct to use. Not useful for stores that are trying to grow but dont have the sales yet to upgrade to plus
