The customer service is good and responds within 20 minutes. It is nice that I can customize every aspect and add a survey, also there are video tutorials for everything. Free is good for now.

I installed the app yesterday, but i'm already very impressed. It is very easy to use & i've already seen some results. It's been less than 24 hrs since ive downloaded and gone live with ReConvert and we've received 20+ birthday entries. Birthdays is just another way we can retarget and make a customer feel special in the future. Today people started to re-convert, and those conversions will likely pay for the app by end of day. I've tried the popular "post purchase up-sell apps" but my conversion rates always dropped so low it wasn't worth keeping these apps. (the apps don't offer paypal checkout) This app is a perfect alternative. What's awesome about this app is it doesn't interfere with your check out process, and everyone who purchases will see your thank you page, and its the perfect time to get them to buy again. I initially installed it because i saw it was a 5 star app. Now it's obvious to me why with 300+ reviews it's received 5 stars average. Have not had to deal with customer service, because the app is very easy to use and it seems like they also have a video tutorial for everything.

Just installed, seems amazing! very easy to use and I believe it will improve my costumers experience. The fact that its free if your store has only 50 or less orders a month its amazing for small business, usually starting. If this was a fully paid app I would have never tried it. Hope this app can help me get more than 50 orders so I can start paying you guys a deserved amount. It's early days to know if ReConvert helps us with extra sales or not but it's obviously really well thought through, looks beautiful, integrates incredibly well. If anything has a chance of making more sales this one must be in with a shout. Also, the developers are giving us a chance. They don't want $xxx per month after a few days. If more devs. had this attitude, I'm sure they would do even better. Oh, and the videos are clear and concise which is a great bonus.

Best post purchase app on the market. I was using Sweet upsell before this and it's basically an overpriced, cheap and bad version of this. You're able to customise much more effectively, and the pricing is more affordable for smaller stores. I felt ripped off after using Sweet upsell, if you're still using that, get off it right now! THis app does everything it does but 10x better. SUpport is better too, they suck.

Post purchase Upsells without reference transactions? Reconvert does that, it has a decent 2-3% conversion ratio, and the nice thing? You dont have to setup anything as the settings are global! Totally recommended!

Amazing App. I am so thankful I added ReConvert. These guys really know what they are doing. All I can think of now is adding a better live-view when it comes to the specific languages the shop is using. So far I am not 100% sure if the Checkout-page is using the right language due to the new checkout theme.

Firstly, Their customer service is #1. Ariyeh is the best. He helps to set up on my store in few minutes. Secondly, This is a must have app for any shopify store. You do not want to lose next orders of your customers right ;) Use Reconvert and also it helps you to increase AOV + LTV ;)

So far so good. We wish it integrated with ReCharge, but it's easy to set up and seems quite functional.

love this App, easy to use and very user friendly, realy makes a simple way to encrease sales and take advantage of customer's will to keep buying.

This is the only App to have on your store's Thank You page! Recommend 100%. One thing I would ask for developers is to minify/compress java/css files and define expiration headers to improve speed loading time.

I just love it. Very easy to use. I hope it will generate nice results for us. For now, as far as I got to use it, it's perfect for what I was looking for.
