The customer service is the best! They helped me get it up and going. It is actually really easy to use. They have a ton of videos to walk you through it too. I just made it live today so can't say yet how well the upsell is, but it looks amazing so I'm sure my customers will love it.

This is a very well thought out and conceived app designed to do one thing, help you sell more to your customers post-purchase. We all know retaining an existing customer is easier than finding new customers and this app can really help with that. Most importantly it does what it says. I installed this app last week and am already seeing a few customers taking advantage of the post-purchase upset offers. Pros: - Professional looking design - Lots of customization options for products & discounts to offer - Very nice analytics feature - Fantastic customer support. Cons: - None to speak of. Neutral: - Because there are so many customizations it can take a while to explore all the options and configure everything. It is worth the effort as you can do it once and forget about it... or change offers each month/quarter if you like.

Just added this app today. Because of that I can not give a review on any increased sales. However, I will say that it is super easy to install. Super easy to make changes. The template can be customized to fit the theme of your store. So far I really like it.

I just install the app, didn't put it to work, but everything looks professional and easy to use. Also, the customer service is awesome. They reply immediately, with a live chat. Also, there is everywhere videos to help you with the process or give you tips.

Awesome app with a lot of very effective features for upsells, birthday collections, inserting any type of custom content on TY page. It has very high ROI comparing with costs of the app and revenue that it gave us.
