Some Pros! - Their success team, developers, and support are very easy to work with. - Open to customization conversations. If the widgets don't look or act how you need, Rebuy is ready and willing to optimize their services to your needs. - They offer A/B testing, which isn't offered by similar apps. - Widget rules are highly customizable, allowing you to control what products are recommended to your customers. Some Cons! - Turnaround time for certain bug fixes can be long. The good news is if it's a big bug, their developers will implement a temporary fix while a permanent one is worked on. - Pricing can be expensive for bigger stores if you're not looking to utilize most of their features. - Rebuy has a ton of features, which is great for your store, but makes the learning curve a little steep. They have help docs, videos, and support to offset this. Overall, Rebuy has been very accommodating to our business needs, and we're grateful to work with them. Special thanks to our Success Manager, Reza, for being a one-stop Rebuy encyclopedia! You've helped us make the best use of Rebuy's features and keep us accountable for yearly goals.

Rebuy customer service is second to none, and although the functionality is great, the support is my favorite thing about the Rebuy team. Our Senior Success Manager Max Trummer is a great example of this, and actually a big reason why we have started using Rebuy in our store. Knowing that questions and issues will be resolved quickly adds a level of professionalism that is very rare in app customer support these days, so big ups to Max and the whole Rebuy team.

Love everything about this app - it has heaps of features to adopt, is super easy to use, and has increased our AOV substantially. We've been working with Max for some time now and he's been so helpful and responsive with our more technical requests and implementations. Suki and Emelia have also taken good care of us during a Rebrand in which all of our widgets and Smart Cart needed redesigning, and their patience hasn't gone unnoticed - thanks so much team!

I've been with Rebuy for a littel over a year. There are some great things about rebuy in personalizing the customers experience but a lot of glitches as well that cause many customer complaints. I speak with rebuy maybe only once every few months. My rep I normally talk to was out of town for a long time and I was set up with a succes manager Max instead. We had a 30 min call and discussed some things we can do to make my site experience better for customers due to all the email complaints I have been receiving (6 changes we discussed to be exact). Their interface isn't the easiest to navigate so I asked Max to help. He did half of ONE task. When I kindly asked about the rest of the items he replied with a rude email that was jaw dropping telling me he "went out of his way" to do what he did and that I can do the rest of the things myself. WOW. Basically how dare I not be jumping for joy for him taking a couple minutes out his day to do what he did. Not the experience I would appreicate from a company I've given thousands to. I've also not seen any jump in my conversion rate since using this app.

Unbelievable customer service! I was trying to fix something in my smart cart and didn't know how, so I left a question in the chat. Not only did they get back to me right away, they went in and made all of the necessary changes for me so I didn't have to do a thing. Love them. Love the features they offer. Very impressed!

Rebuy is an easy solution to enhance your customer's check-out experience. We moved our store from a standard check-out to a drawer cart check-out with upsells at check-out. While it has yet to be seen how well these upgrades will improve our Average Order Value or Conversions, what has been most impressive is Rebuy's customer service and support. Unlike many other apps that I have used across many devices (Android Apps, Shopify Apps, etc.) that have a decent app but poor support (what do you do when you need help), Rebuy provides timely and consistent support that goes above and beyond what I was expecting. Just for that, I would 100% recommend giving Rebuy a try to see if it will work for your store/company, because they will do what they can to make sure you succeed.

Lots of additional help when implementing different features. Kelsey was really helpful whilst we found our feet with the app.

Working with Max & Steven to solve an issue we had with our sidecart widget was great. Super responsive and great communication went a long way and reassured our team that we made the right choice in selecing Rebuy and that we would get to a solution quickly.

Rebuy is an excellent solution for retailers aiming to provide a professional and branded mini cart. It offers a range of features, including GWPs, samples, upsells, cross-sells, and more. We're big fans of Rebuy. Its one of those rare Shopify apps that simply works great. The more you learn the platform, the more you find ways to improve not just your AOV and CVR, but also your customers' experience on your site. Rebuy's system of data sources as the logical foundation for its various widgets is very powerful without sacrificing user-friendliness. It's truly endless what you can do with Rebuy to increase your overall revenue. The team over there is excellent too -- everyone I've chatted with through their live chat feature has been super helpful. Our merchant success manager Monica brings great ideas and feedback to our meetings and clearly has our continued success in mind. Our onboarding team of Logan and Aiman were great too. There are things I would change about their analytics dashboard and reporting. Revenue is somewhat over-attributed, but not in a way that we're not aware of, and we've simply developed our own dashboard in-house using their CSV exports. Our in-house dashboard shows clear ROI, so we're confident that Rebuy is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Great solution and team - highly recommend. I've been working with Rebuy for almost a year now and will continue to do so happily for years to come if they keep doing what they're doing. Fantastic app however not compatible with our wholesale pricing app. I also for some reason had access to someone elses store/rebuy login..i could literally make changes if i wanted.... A bit of a worry. They said they fixed it but i still had access. Since uninstalling rebuy our cart function dosent work anymore and also have no acces to developer help to remove whatever code has been left behind (which i was told all code would be removed) please help, this is affecting my business
