I really liked how they immediately jumped in to help me. I hope that it continues. This is really strong for my business model.

This app has alot of potential given it's price point. The support has been very responsive through the email: support@thimatic.com and providing custom coding with specific bundles on specific products. I do wish there was more functionality within their native app interface to achieve this on my own instead of always having to email the support team. Nonetheless, I give them 5 stars for the great support provided thus far. I am hoping that the team can build the ability to choose variants/colorways within a single listing that is being bundled in multiples for 2 packs or tri packs of a product with discount functionality. We use the app to sell bikini separates as sets. The app works well but we have had some support issues, those issues have now been resolved.

Quick replies. The app does quite a bit of what we want it to do, with some things in the pipeline to help us in the future.

This application allow you to create bundle can discount your products with amount. You not need to calculate percentage. And it's super fast to display your bundle products in a second.

This is a great idea to help my sell my higher priced items. Can't wait to see how it works out!!!!

I am enjoying this app so far. They were very helpful to me in setting this up in my shop. I'm happy with how it pulls from my inventory system as well and it looks good with my theme

I am very happy with this app and their support team. The app works very well and the appearance of the bundles is clean and nice, just what I was looking for my jewelry store. Their support team set everything up for me, because I am not familiar with coding, so the only thing I had to do was to create the bundles. BTW, creating the bundles is the easiest thing ever...recommend.

This is not the best app. While it might be user friendly, it didn't do well for our shopify store. There weren't a lot of options or the ability to make changes. In the last few weeks that we've been using, it kept shutting down.

Very well made app and awesome support. Everything was working great and the support was very helpful. But unfortunately we had to remove the app because it was based on Order Drafts and that did not work for us.

this is absolutely the best bundle app i tried others but was not happy with them. This one I LOVE.

Does exactly what I wanted ! early days in terms of sales uplift but the bundles work very well, customer support was very good
