so far it working perfectly fine. only feedback is, once a product is checkout like quantity bundle, it wont allow customers to add further products to cart and checkout since the quantity bundle is then gone. but in a way its good since it helps in more upsell. so yeah its nice so far

Very useful app to create product bundles for items that are typically sold together. Great to have an option to provide a discounted price. Support is fantastic. They were able to make changes to the layout to make it look professional and match my theme. Highly recommended!

Installed the app easily and got to making bundles quickly, contacted support regarding bundle pages and they answered immediately and got me sorted. Highly recommended

I went through about 10 different apps trying to find one that works without messing up inventory, requiring separate part numbers, and so on. This one fit the bill for being able to make bundles of multiple types and allow me the option of when and where to place them. All of these bundle apps require some kind of wiring. I could not get this app to work with the Parallax theme and many features I could get to work on other themes did not work out well. However, the developer was able to go into our site and set it up completely with our preferred theme. After which, it worked (almost) perfectly. Glitches have popped up, but the developer responds fairly quickly to deal with them. I have seen cases where prices are doubled, etc., but the developers fixed it within 48 hours. The only real problem with this app is how it tracks analytics. It creates draft orders for any bundle item. If the customer doesn't buy the item, you are left with a ton of extra draft orders. I have to clean them up daily which is a pain. The other issue we have, is that we are in the US and the developers are in India. They don't generally respond to E-mail replies. You have to send a note through Shopify to get them to answer and the answers can be somewhat cryptic. The work is good, but the communication is lacking. Because of the minor annoyances and bugs, and the difficulty getting clear support (via E-mail), I knocked off one star. In our case, this is the best current option for our needs. Super speedy support. Easy installation. Would be even better if there was a way to set up a new parent bundle with separate image and add variants to this without having to set up variant as parent. Also would be good to have an option for a button instead of product image if required.

I had a problem with bundle discounts not showing correctly on mini cart and in a meanwhile also location of bundles was changed (in the midst of launching the webstore this was not a good timing). After reaching out to the team via Facebook, issue was fixed literally in 10 minutes! Very effective, I wish I would have known earlier that I can just use Facebook as communication channel! Thank you for the quick support!

The apps design layout looks great, and it had everything we needed, including a code to put all the bundles on a separate page.

It is very difficult to improve the performance before applying this program. I look forward to driving the sales of the product through the bundling between the products and increasing the sales performance of the customer's unit price. Before the mall had no bundling sales and could only complete the sales of single products, it was difficult to increase the unit price of customers, and it was impossible to improve performance when it was difficult to obtain traffic.

If you need this to work with multi-currency, don't waste your time. It does not work with multi-currency. Probably a support person error, but they told me it definitely works with Shopify Multi-Currency and I spent quite some time getting it to thematically match our site and to work well, only to switch currency and find it doesn't switch lol. For a good bundle system that can do multi-currency and multilingual (with many other things like upsell and cross sell) check out Selly in the Shopify app store. This app will work fine if you don't need multi currency

What they don't tell you is that if you use this app, you cannot use any discounts. So, you can kiss all of your sales and marketing promotions you have good-bye. Absolutely, worthless if you want to do any other promotions or discounts at the same time.

Any app has it's pros and cons. What makes the whole difference between a satisfied customer and a steaming customer is support. I have experienced Thimatic support first hand, and they are second to none. Hands down a great app with a very user-friendly interface does what it's supposed to do flawlessly. Most important is that if it doesn't and you need help, it's there and it's very responsive. I recommend this app for any business that requires bundling items or creating a product out of several items.
