Love Re:Amaze. Always answer questions and make sure you understand everything. Love that almost everything you need for customer service is at your fingertips for low cost amounts. At the moment it's a 4 star because I'm having issues with the Facebook Integration and we don't know if it's their API or something to do with my account.

Great app for managing customer service! I really like that you can connect multiple email addresses and social email channels and see all the incoming messages in one place. The app has a very nice help center with searchable FAQ's that can be displayed on your website and in the chat. Chat is included also and comes right into the same Reamaze inbox. You can also set up different chat triggers to engage customers. You can have multiple users, assign messages to them, set reminders to follow up and add internal notes to messages. Another cool feature is that Reamaze syncs to your Shopify and pulls up an order information that is displayed on the side and you can even cancel or refund orders right from the app. There is so much you can do with this app and their support is very responsive and attentive to your needs. Plus my VA loves working in this app! Highly recommend Reamaze for customer support management!

Reamaze has become an integral part of running our e-commerce business! It has made managing our customer service and social media responses so much more efficient and we can't imagine helping our customers without it. The most helpful feature for us is having all of the customer's information (order #, tracking number, past correspondences, etc.) on the same window as the email so that we can quickly and effectively help our customers without having to go to other websites to gather that information. Reamaze is also very cost effective compared to other similar platforms. It might not have the prettiest design but functionally it can hang with the top platforms. 5 stars, hands down!

We have been with re-amaze for around 3 weeks now, and I would say that their customer service is great! Every time I have a question or doubt they respond in a very kind and quick way. Also, the way to set it up is very friendly and easy. There a lot of content and information to learn how to work with it.

Wow! Tightest integration with Shopify I've seen yet. Over the years we went from FreshDesk to Zendesk to HelpScout and now this app. Every function and detail is so thoroughly thought through and support is responsive. Been using ReAmaze for like 3 months already. Awesome app. And definitely I can recommend for businesses with 3+ support teams! 1. Saves tons of time by keeping all tickets in one place: - Convenient filtering by STORES and ticket types - Single interface for tickets from various channels: email, Facebook direct and comments, etc. 2. Increases support quality by reducing the people factor 3. Eases the communication inside the team: allows convenient internal messages, etc. 4. Helps panning the support team load, providing easy-to-use, yet comprehensive reports 5. Saves time and helps managing the support team, by providing simple automation features 6. Finally, the support team DOES offer solutions. Not always the way I want or 100%-bullet-proof, but still those are solutions. Never was left alone with my issues

10/10! This app has made it easy to communicate with customers effortlessly and in a timely manner. The support team is always very kind and helpful. We have 3 separate companies using this platform! Endless possibilities! I do wish that there were more recent YouTube videos as the app does update a lot and my lack of braincells requires more visualization rather than reading but still 100% satisfied!

Ok, I love this app. I've had it for a few weeks and haven't had time to get all of the features working, but already my life is so much easier. Instagram, Facebook, email and chat all on one dashboard. My customers are responding very well to it and many more convos are coming in. They even have commented that they like seeing my photo in the avatar spot. Since I have active social media it is fantastic to not have to visit each platform many times per day to look for comments and questions. The only thing that I can find that needs improvement is that I wish that the app would default to newest received messages 100% of the time. When I am on the run it is annoying to have to reset it. The pop-up doesn't always go top the correct chat. Other than that, I love this. I highly recommend it. Game changer that helps me help my customers so much more easily. worth every penny,

I almost never take time to write reviews, but reamaze is such a well done product, I decided to take a moment and give them a shout out here! We love the Shopify integration, Shipstation integration, ActiveCampaign Integration, the many channels for customers to connect all integrated into one spot and the way the product has been thoughtfully built to be easy to use. They even have custom visualization modules for the conversation page, which admittedly I haven't tried yet, but its what we will need eventually.
