This app has been an excellent tool for our small business to keep the constantly growing forms of communication organized, scheduled, and current! The ReAmaze support team is great to work with and easy to understand. Dakota had some great ideas of how we can best utilize what Reamaze has to offer and we could tell he understood our customer service goals. They are staying relevant with their AI tools to make our customers' experience smooth and frustration free. We've tried other CRM, but would recommend this App without doubt!

This program is really easy to use and integrates well with Shopify. Re:Amaze is a favorite tool among several team members. I even contacted them to ask about the platform, and they were so kind as to arrange a call. Great software! We have been using it for a while now and have have virtually no issues. We sell on multiple platforms and this works great in managing customer service messages coming from the various platforms. Support is always on the ball and very responsive.

Great tool. Integrates Whatsapp, Instagram DM and Comments, Facebook Messenger and Comment, and email. The shopify integration is extremely complete, looks like the best tool out there. My suggestions for development: 1) the chatbot only works for the integrated chat tool, so I had to create some clunky automations to mimic a chatbot for the channels (we don't use chat here, just mostly whatsapp and instagram); 2) the tool allows for merging conversations for a same person accross channels pretty easily but it's entirely manual and my sales people never did it; 3) number 2 is problematic because whatsapp numbers are odd (outbound messages need to have 13 digits, but inbound messages always come in 12 digits, which means if the client makes a purchase in the site and then sends a whatsapp message it's not going to be automatically recognized); and lastly 4) UX could be improved.

It's been amazing using re: amaze have connected 7 channels so far and by far this has been the main important channel for us to use for customer service, by far amazing we have been using this every day all the staff love it, it a very good competitor to other sales channels like Gorgias and zendesk, and the price point is just excellent.

Don't use this company. I deleted the app in Shopify before the end of the current period, but they don't accept a deletion in Shopify as a cancellation. ( even though you joined via Shopify) You also have to go into their account and cancel and no one tells you that. Not honourable company at all and not interested in refund even though deleted via Shopify

I cancelled my subscription in advance of my rebill date but Remaze went ahead and charged me anyway. After contacting Shopify support, they refused to refund me the funds for my subscription cancellation. I'm definitely not "reamazed" by this.

We are fairly new to reamaze (using it now for a little over a month) but fell completely in love. We have been using a different CRM app but their recent pricing changes and lack of attention to small business needs (I understand large companies are valuable customers but you should not abandon your first backers) made us look for an alternative. And are wee happy to have found reamaze. It was super easy to install and get configured to our branding and needs and we have so far seen great feedback from customers on our support and for the ease of use the chat and helpdesk. We are so happy we found reamaze and made the switch.

We love Re:Amaze! We've been on the platform for about 2 years and our customer service has never been better! We can see every message a customer has ever sent and every order they've ever placed all from within the conversation we're having with them. We can also set-up accounts, create orders, cancel items, issue refunds and check tracking information all without leaving the conversation! The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use - we've added all of our teams from around the world and transformed how we engage with customers in every region. Whether it's creating a chatbot that speaks Japanese, training the AI to recognise "Where's my order" in Dutch or offering FAQ's in German, thanks to Re:Amaze we can do it all! Like all systems, Re:Amaze has its moments, but their support team is actually pretty good. They're quick to respond to and resolve issues and they have always been very open to our ideas and development requests!

They will keep contacting via email well after you deleted their app. Their emails also don't have any unsubscribe links either. I emailed them to be unsubscribed, they said I was. Few days later I get an email again. Be warned.

This app is very helpful. We can manage messages from almost all channels (*Pinterest and Youtube are not supported yet) on 1 platform and see the data. And the support is great!

Really enjoyed using the app - we searched lots of CRMs and this was the best. The chat feature was a bit too clunky and we didn't have many customers coming through so we reverted to our old chat feature. So, we only used the email function, which is excellent. The only problem for us with that was the price. For a small start up company, it's just too expensive for us, but I'm sure it's great for companies with higher turnovers.
