Thea Kristel was very nice, patient and accommodating with all my typos. I had the pleasure of working with her as I connected my shopify to square for a storefront collaboration project in my city for small businesses. She helped me thru the process and showed me screenshots and guided videos to help me understand next steps and also to inform me of what she was seeing on her end. That was very reassuring towards our chatbox communication. I was immediately happy it wasn't an AI chatbot. Thanks for staffing REAL people to help with real-time issues and resolutions!

Khaled was AWESOME! So patient with my questions. The tool is super easy to set-up and keeps inventory updated. This is super helpful for a growing store when you are adding new inventory and purchases occur online AND in person. Stay ahead of your inventory with the easy syncs.

The software is quick and easy to start up and run. i faced some bit of set backs with regards to syncing Shopify and Sqaureup however, the support team is alway willing to help and are very responsive. Big shout out to O for his support now our system are sync and up and ready to go.

I use square for my storefront and shopify for my website. I didn't want to switch soley to one over the other because they each offer something the other doesn't. I'm so happy I found this app because it has made integrating my inventory seamlesly. I can upload a product on shopify and it automatically goes to square. All of the variations & photos transfered over, too! My favorite part is I can print barcodes through shopify and they can still be scanned in on square. Joseph was SUCH a huge help and made syncing the two platforms a quick & easy process.

Wow, amazing! Saved me so much time by not having to do a manual CSV import to my Square POS. Thank you so much Omar for the support, as my primary concern was inadvertently erasing or modifying my Shopify data as it synched to Square! Definitely worth the subscription price to save the hours it would take to do manually every month.

I really appreciate the fantastic customer service I received setting this up I sell on different platforms and different situations and its so important my inventory is all in sync. This is a great ap to sync specific data for a specific platform. The person who helped me was very patient and helped me wonderfully. I totally recommend him and theis ap.

I installed this app to sync my inventory between Square and Shopify account, and it has been a game changer! I haven't had time to test it out too much but it's done exactly what I needed so far and when I had questions over the chat Joseph was really helpful. I'm so glad I didn't have to manually add all of my new products to Square for pop-ups.

I've only had this app installed for about a week, and so far it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. The initial setup went smoothly, with everything syncing quickly and efficiently. However, enabling selective syncing introduced a few hiccups. Thankfully, the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Omar, who was a great help during the setup process and very accommodating with all the requests I sent his way—both during and after the installation.
