Excellent setup support from Elhassan, app looks easy to use and uncomplicated. I only want to sync inventory and it was surprisingly hard to find an app that only did that and not orders/prices etc!

This should not be released yet. It needs to stay in BETA. As soon as you begin they want to you set on the chat app and talk with customer service about every step and then they ask if it worked but usually it doesn't. Very difficult to import or sync products. Finally after week or so of chatting every day with their support I finally got some products to show up but 90% of the products didn't have images. I love the idea of a free app to simply sync eBay to shopify and I gave this a very solid try over 2 weeks I've had it installed ad wanted it to be a fantastic solution. Please not that my store has over 2700 products and I feel like maybe the app like times out or something it just doesn't do what it should do and that makes me sad. Their support team is very friendly and always available 24/7 and for every issue they make you feel good like your problems are about to be solved but it never gets solved. They kept asking me to leave 5 star review before I could even tell if the app was working and I'm assuming that is why they have the good reviews. Maybe my store is too big? I don't know but I'm going to go back to Sellbrite because I know it works well but it isn't free.

I work with several Shopify stores and therefore like to keep my apps and data separate. What bothers me here is that although you are logged in with one Shopify store, the app mixes it with the data of my other Shopify stores in the QuickSync app. This should be improved. The menu navigation could also be improved. However, since the app is free, 3 stars.

Just started using the app. So far so good. The customer service was amazing!!! I haven't had such prompt and great help from a company in a very long time. Highly recommend!

Finally, I found the app to sync with ebay without much complications and for free. Though the app is free, the support team helps to do the complete set up and answers all the questions. I highly recommend this app to sync the products and orders with ebay.

I originally started with the ETSY sync app and the customer services operator kindly pointed me in this direction too. I am new to both, so it's early days and so far, so good. I can certainly vouch for the representative who helped me (Joseph). He was very polite, had an excellent command of English and made the whole process seamless. He's a credit to QuickSync and they are headed in a very positive direction if all their reps are like Joseph!

I was new to this app and was stuck on how to sync my products to Ebay, to my pleasant surprise they have excellent customer service chat was available even super late at night, Adrianne the customer service rep provided outstanding customer service, was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I was slow in responding as I was learning the tool at same time. Joseph was a huge help getting this setup. He was extremely kind and patient with me. Had a great experience using their Etsy application also, so plan on using this for eBay as well.

I was having an issue to figure out how to get my import exports completed, and Omar popped up and asked if I would like help. I was hesitant at first due to I thought he was just another AI, but when I learned he was not I said yes please. he's was amazing got my inventory fixed for me. I have to say it is really nice having a live person assist and to know just when to assist.
