Smart Menu is awesome! I was initially going to go with the Free version but after seeing how great it looks, I wanted to fully customize it to our needs and subscribed to the Premium version. The best thing is that the support team is just as awesome. I had a question and within 12 hours my issue was resolved. Highly recommend!

Nice solution that makes building categories quick and easy with duplicate function. Support was prompt, helpful and made an effort to understand our needs.

I hesitated first taking the full version because there is no free trial. So started with another app but faced several issues. Decided to go for the paid version and it is fully worth it. Easy to understand and to manage, the interface is clear and fast. A few questions showed up and the support was fast responding, showing to know what they do. Now practice has to show the performance but we are confident. The result looks inviting.

I look for and add that was complete and would help me to make more sells, This smart Menu did that! I made a very nice and good Menu bar for my website and it`s looking amazing! I have some ideas to chage something in the Program os menu bar and just send a e-mail and at the same day the qikify make the change for me! Very nice app!! U should try. I was delighted at how much is available in the free tier. Creating menus is a cumbersome process but this tool makes it easy once you know your mind. I would recommend this app as it has really improved navigation on my new website.

Great Customer Support. The Menus are easy to build and they look nice. I had a problem with integrating the menu with a certain theme and the customer support fixed the problem quickly.

I remember reading the views on your app and saying naah, it's a hype, it won't be worth it. Can you blame me? I did just pay a mega menu app company with over 500+ review on this same Shopify App store and it turned out to be the buggiest shittiest app I've installed since 1999. But your app is just awesome. Your support is amazing and you even went a step further. THANK YOU. Oh and my advice, make a slower tutorial video. Try to do a voice over so people can catch up easily. It is easy for you because you're a genius and all but for many, a slower video tutorial will help.

Recent update solves a lot of the issues originally caused by Smart Menu. Hardly any reduction in load times, even when using images in the menus. Quick and friendly customer service. CJ Direct4x4.co.uk

app is not user friendly way to much work to put products under sub category menu, not good at all.

Wow - how refreshing to have an app work right away with no fuss. We did not have to contact support at all to create the mega menu. The free app supports real mega menu columns and products with photos and more. Usually would not like allow app branding but the small link "created with Smart Menu" is not ostentatious. or a visual eyesore. The tutorial video could be better - it is too fast but there are some on YouTube that filled in the blanks. Thank you! just what was needed.

I used this app to help create a better menu for my website. It worked wonders and gives my customers an easy user friendly interface. Not only this, but I had a problem with the search bar and shopping basket integrating with the menu where my customers could not access them properly. I sent a quick message over to the support staff at smart menu, and they said they would get straight on it. Less than 24 hours went by and they emailed me having completely fixed the issue themselves. I couldn't recommend an app any better than this! Great idea and great customer service.

This app is brilliant we tried a few others on here and this had the most options and best features that were easy to use! Love it!

App is well-designed and the tutorials are 100% easy to use. (Screen shots at every step, I wish more apps would follow suit.) I was pleasantly shocked at how intuitive it is: white text on a dark banner, dark text on white backgrounds. The Brooklyn theme has not been friendly to any of the menu apps I've tried, so I am limited to 3 horizontal items on Smart Menu. Too bad it's not mentioned in their description, I can't be the first with this issue. Qikify staff is very friendly and fast to reply. Thank you, Tracy!

The easiest and cheapest to use mega menu builder on the market with a range of features and customer support that really makes your site look better. I would recommend this for any and every Shopify store to add an extra flare and to give it more of a personal touch!

I used this app to install a mega menu after having issues with the menu on my website. My theme made it a little more difficult to install the mega menu but the help I received setting it up from Tracy at qikify was outstanding. She was quick, and responded to special requests to get it working just the way I wanted. She even pointed out a couple areas that I could improve that were not directly linked to the menu! Now that the menu is installed, it looks great, and there is a ton of customize-able options on top of that!

I was looking for an app for my free or cheap menu. and I admit that in all those I tested it is the one that has convinced me the most. in addition the sav is great and very responsive, I do not used to put comments. but there it was necessary. thank you

very simple, it takes few minutes if all your links are ready, i loved that i can use images and forms in the menu, however, i just have one concern, menu is somehow slow to show up when opening a new tab in the website otherwise all are great and very helpful support team
