Easily having separate menu for desktop and mobile is remarkable point. It provides many kind of templates and easy to create original menu system based on them. We've evaluated some of mega menu apps and encountered compatibility problem with themas we are using and this app is no exception however the support team engineers were working hard to fix it. Best.app.ever. so easy to use! No funky crashing bugs. My only complaint is that I can't drag cells around once I make the menus so I have to think ahead or start over in the section. But otherwise super awesome.

Easy to use, once you get the hang of it! You can create a really attractive mega menu. Initially I had thought that maybe the tiny delay when the page loads might contribute to our site's slower speed, but there are other issues on our site to sort out that are unrelated to Smart Mega Menu. I'm pleased to say I will keep using this app! Plus their customer support is great - if you have any issues, just ask.

The best menu builder. Great customization and merchandising possibilities to enhance customer experiences. Easy setup, easy to use, easy to change anything in the store navigation. And they have the BEST customer support; they answer quickly and resolve the problem in (literally) minutes. But you won't need their help too often, because the app is stable and works well.

Like all apps, some of the language/terminology could be clearer but on the whole I was pretty happy with it. The support was excellent and helped me overcome a couple of glitches.

I use this app for 1 year. Work like a charm. Its very beautifull cause I can show in the menu the pic of the collection. There was a update unexpected from shopify and the smart menu desepear and the support fix it in less than 24h. Hope this comment helps.

This is the best menu plugin. Previously, I gave it a one star rating. My menu completely disappeared. The developer of this app told me that Shopify changed something without notifying plugin developers. It has since been fixed.

I have been a customer for a long time and love the app, HOWEVER, I am giving a 1 star review right now because the menu has gone completely blank with no fix. No matter what I do the menu is completely gone and my site is not navigable. I guess I'm shut down for the day. Beware of this if you are thinking of using the app.

I can't say enough great things about this app! It is very intuitive and easy to use. Before I added it to my store there was virtually no organization and it was killing my sales. Now, my products are so much easier to find and better organized and the site feels so much cleaner. It looks sleek and exactly what I needed. You will get out what you put in so don't slouch when you make your menus. They WILL look awesome IF you put in the time (fortunately, it still doesn't take very much).
