Rameez is really helpful, he has been my main go to not only reply promptly to email but giving me tips out of no where to improve my experience. This is top customer service! This app regardless of the customer service is a must have, the benefits pay for the app 100 times over. No brainer! get the app! PS, it doesn't slow the site too much either. Bonus. Must be quality code.

We have used PushOwl for almost a year on the free plan. We haven't done many campaigns, but despite that have had almost £1k worth of sales! We have just upgraded our plan and hope to make good use of it going forward. The team is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The app has lots of features and templates, and customer support is some of the best I've seen. Definitely worth a try!

Pushowl is an app that is very easy to use and customer service communication is easy. You can basically contact online customer service at any time. The functions are also relatively easy to use. It is a very good application.

We have been using PushOwl for three years now and have been thoroughly impressed not only with the UI and the ease-of-use but also how powerful push notification campaigns have been for our sales. Their one-to-one support is also very helpful and highly responsive.

6/1/2021 - This is an updated review and I can't say enough good things about the support we receive with PushOwl, especially recently with Lucio. It is very easy to install. Also, whenever we have had a question or issue, the PushOwl team has responded very promptly and completely. We are particularly impressed with the fact that the app works seamlessly with Shopify. Five Stars for ease of installation, user interface, integration with Shopify and especially their customer service.

Awesome app recovers a lot of abandoned carts i recommend everyone to use this app it also send shipping updates

App is fantastic, a must-have! Originally was a skeptic of push notifications. But, subscribers opt-in, so they are raising their hands that they want to get these types of notifications.
