I recently installed the Web Push Owl app on my Shopify store, and I am extremely pleased with the results. We have been using the app for over half a year and are very satisfied. We get the possibility to reach our customers again in addition to our email or SMS marketing, this helps us to keep our marketing costs low. The support is also excellent, not only were we offered a custom plan, but a staff member took the trouble to look over our set up intensively and improve settings. Really useful app, I can easily send notifications to my subscribers and automate some processes. It's easy to use and the support team is really helpful, specially Rojen.

We've tried some other apps earlier, but this one has the most amount of features. To top that- The customer success team is superb too. So friendly, usually quick to respond and sometimes offering actionable advice & tips. Especially, Taransh who gave us clear directions on what's working & how to make it work even better. Also, proactively looking out for us in terms of the correct plan even if it meant downgrading the monthly revenue we brought for the app.

Great customer service. Tarnash was really attentive, polite and supportive and gave great advice when it came to improving my store and explaining how everything works. The app is also great the UI is easy to use and it's already helping me understand my customers better!
