Why the app forces me to rate it first before I use it:/ This is really absurd that I have to write 100 characters of a review to endorse it. Its unfair.

LA veo muy practica y permite captar cliente que se van por tener dudas. Pero creo que algunos términos deben tener un reseña de a que se refiere pues muchos apenas estamos iniciando.

Esta aplicación nos ha resuelto una gran necesitad de comunicación con nuestros clientes. Es una gran app.

Apenas estoy aprendiendo a usar pero se q ue me va a servir demasiado para dar soporte a los clientes que ingeresen en mi página web y tengan dudas

El app funciona bien en la web, pero cada vez que actualizan setear las cosas es más difícil, no es amigable, ahorita he hecho todo para setear de nuevo el chat y no me aparece en la web. Le falta mucho trabajo para que tenga un paso a paso claro.

Me encanta, esta muy completa además de que es fácil de configurar. Me gusta el panel así como los elementos que hay en ella para configurar el botón a tu gusto.
