I found this product is simple to use, there's still room for improvement to become a greater product. Supporting staff is helpful and friendly. But, there's no importing function for reviews from Amazon, eBay store, which their competitor is offering. I am still on a free plan, and I wont be paying until ebay/amazon import is available, it is critical for a start-up to have this. Dear Merchant, Thank you for sharing your experience!
