This app is a must have app, it synchronize your tracking with paypal and stripe in one clic, its very easy to use. This app will avoid you problems with paypal holds, stripe holds and customers complaints. And the team is very reactive, answers quicly and are helpful. I also like the emails that Yashraj send us to give us advice to deal with paypal and stripe.

I was searching for a way to sync (paypal orders) with my Shopify store. I have tried many applications like this but this application is the best in terms of synchronization with PayPal and also the user interface is very simple and user friendly. I got in touch with Vijaya and she helped me out right away. She was very responsive, professional and patient throughout the process. I definitely recommend this app.

I just started using Uptrack with hundreds of orders that needed to sync. Within a few minutes, it all worked fine with a few minor issues. After reaching out to the team, we had it sorted in seconds.

I would be very wary of using this app guys. When you install it there are 2 plans, both with a 7 day free trial. Right below this is an offer for a 30 day trial. All you 'have to do' is answer a few questions in their whatsapp group. I did all this, needed the 'high growth' plan (the second plan) for my order volumes, to then be told the offer doesn't apply to this plan. I think if a company is being so dishonest about their free trials, it is certainly not a company I want to have access to my stores. A bit of extra searching on the app store, found similar apps, with lowers prices and better features.
