Great app and super support team. They react very fast and always willed to find a solution to your problem. I did not get the logic of the app right away and they even set up a demo for me!

Very good app, it has allowed me to make all the variants in my store. The support is incredible, they have helped me a lot and have customized options that I needed in my store. The customer service is 10 stars.

New to Shopify and needing a way to add a custom field to my products, I came across Avis Product Options Variants. The app reviews were good, but I had a few questions I wanted answered before installing the app. In less than 48 hours, Judy answered all my questions in a super friendly tone! She gave me all the info I needed - and more, even telling me how to add a comments field to my cart page. The app is super-easy to install and set. Great product, great client service - I am delighted! :-)

I contacted the customer service to remove their watermark on my website, and after helping me remove it, she made some recommendations on how to improve the use of the app on my website, and how to make it look nicer. Ok, here is the skinny. The app is new, it is a little rough around the edges BUT it does what is advertised and support is STELLAR! I first installed this product, configured it and had it running great but needed to remove for unrelated reasons to some custom liquid code I wrote. Upon reinstalling and contacting them with a few requests they were super responsive and are always asking how else they can help. Artemis is a rare gem and I actually look forward to our interactions when I need something. If you have a bit of knowledge and aren't frustrated easily give this product a shot. It is definitely worth it. They are always improving and these days that is so nice to see with a Shopify app.

Ich habe die App noch nicht wirklich ausprobiert und muss erst schauen, ob ich damit das umsetzen kann, was ich möchte. Bei einigen Einstellungen brauchte ich allerdings schon Hilfe vom Support, welcher wirklich sehr schnell und freundlich meine Probleme gelöst hat. Vielen Dank Artemis :)

Easy to implement. Does exactly what it says. We're very happy. Support from Judy is prompt and she activated add-ons for us immediately. I wish it could integrate with inventory quantities of the options in the drop down menu, but that's a minor issue that we can take of ourselves. Great app.
