Difficult to use, the UI is stressful. Not user friendly, have to study and learn before you can actually get anything done. And I'm a person familiar with code.

We've tried a number of different apps to add additional product options, but none of them have been as simple to use and as well-functioning as the Avis Product Option App. Also, the customer service is outstanding. We need a slight customization for some of the options we offer and we were able to accomplish that in real-time chat with no back-and-forth emails and no waiting. If only everything was this easy! Great work Avis Product Options!

SOOO easy to use & the customer service is AMAZING! I had an issue and reached out via the chat & was helped within minutes lol the chat is literally such a life saver! Excellent support and swift communication. The support team solved my query in a matter of minutes. They went above and beyond. Much appreciated! The app itself works very well and you are able to add a charge to your order as well as conditional rules on your product options.

Great support with quick replies. I added variants per the directions but couldn't figure out how to MAKE the customer choose an option. Luffa was a great help.

I just installed this app and it does EXACTLY what I need it to do. Got a little bit stuck with the setup but Artemis on their support crew helped me out and it was up and running in minutes.
