I tried so many applications to find the best with the "conditional logic" option, in vain. Either it is too complicated to install or the customer service is long and complex or non-existent. Today I found the Avisplus app, free of charge. My options were not displayed and in less than 3hrs Judy and her dev team solved my problem. I recommend the app x 10000.
