Easy to use and easy to integrate into our shop. The app provides all of the fields we need. Great customer service, too!

This is my second post. This time it was a separate issue that I couldn't handle on my end, so I reached out via chat. The chat response was incredibly fast (faster than my replies), and they addressed the issue immediately. It was a real lifesaver. There was an issue with the Japanese text on the cart screen being too long and causing distortion when viewed on a mobile screen. They resolved it within minutes, and now it's working perfectly fine. Getting this quick and accurate support on a free plan is really appreciated.

This app is great! It solved the problem of needing more product options easily and the customisation tools to make it blend with your stores style work really well. I had an issue where the text for some of the products was breaking up and staggering, so I contacted customer support for Avis and they were excellent, really helpful and fixed the problem in 24 hours! Brilliant service, highly recommend, 10/10!

Brilliant app, you can have multiple variants and multiple options with conditioning. Team is extremely supportive and responds almost instantly and fixed an error I was having straight away!

This is the most user-friendly app I've come across so far as a newbie website builder on Shopify. It definitely took away the complexity of adding variants with easy customization. I experienced some challenges around hiding add-ons from my storefront and Judy was very prompt, kind and patient with helping me through it even when I was the one missing a step, Judy not once lost this composure and friendliness! I will definitely be keeping it on my site for a long while because of the round the clock support and it's practicality <3 Looking forward to localization options and some other minor tweaks to make it work seamlessly with Shopify's built in functions but I'm sure it's well on it's way

Great app for product customisation. Works very well. There are many options to show customised fields based on tags, collections etc and the team support is quick.
