I love being able to automate the option sets! Support responds quickly and kindly!

I'm still in the trial phase of my subscription but I am set on becoming a customer. Great help from Andrea and Judy, from the get go. Support is not only great, but pro-active. I was contacted by them just as I was setting things up and familiarizing myself with the environment. App is great and does 99% of what I need, as a business with custom made products. Price seals the deal, I hope things remain like this for a long time.

Judy and Jayden saved the day for me! I was using another app for variants and options. During a new product release, it was glitching and people were not able to choose their option - which was required to purchase. While waiting for the current app to respond to my help messages, I decided to go ahead and try a different app. In a panic to get the listings corrected with the needed options, I reached out to the chat for a couple things I was struggling with. Judy responded right away, letting me know that Jayden was taking care of my issue and would let me know when it was done. Well, that was just a few minutes. I cannot thank them enough and will be uninstalling the previous app and staying with Avis Product Options.

So far so very good! Really impressed! Almost instant replies from support regarding a few queries I had. App looks great and easy to use. Exactly what I need to ensure my website offers everything my customers need.
