Support has been amazing so far! The team is super quick to respond, and the chat support is honestly one of the best I’ve experienced, they jump in right away to help or fix any issue you have. If you ever need any adjustments to your options, they’ll sort it out in no time. Really impressed with how smooth and easy everything has been. Highly customizable and the support is excellent, very quick answer and optimal solutions.

Our experience with Avis has gone above and beyond in every regard: applying it to products on our website, for our customer's experience, and providing customer service. I'm learning more and more about Avis' capacity and started with a few listings to get comfortable with it. By doing so I've continued to expand my view on possible applications to our product lines. When I've come to think "I wish it could...." there usually is a way, and when I contact the Avis team they lead the way! Avis has been the most incredible customer service out of any app. The team truly is there 24/7, they ask the right questions, dive into what it is we're doing with our brand, give concise guidance with examples and alternatives when it applies. I've had the pleasure of working with Aylin, Sam, Hena, and Emily, they all have been very knowledgeable and kind. Our listings with their new options have already started doing well, I believe they give our customers more confidence in their purchases and also encourage/upsell. All in all, Avis was a great find!

I have to say that Aylin, Emily, and our developer Jayden are great professionals, effective and efficient, and they help you at all times. Regarding the premium plan, I find it really expensive.

I haven't used this app for very long, but so far, it's fairly easy to use. I think the UI within the app could be a bit more attractive, but that hasn't stopped me from achieving what I set out to do with my website. I like how it has tutorials for doing things that require a little code knowledge. I was able to place my widget in a custom location with the tutorial. I did have a technical issue with my add-on option prices not being added to my product's base price, but Hena and the development team were able to fix that quickly. Overall, I'm looking forward to using this app to help me launch my new service to locals! Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback! Very happy with Avis. I just changed from another app. There I also had Wholesale and Options. There I paied 100 € per month ans so many times something did not work and they so often replied, they do not work for night time, what is very difficult if you are in very different time zones.
