I'm trying to setup a fairly complex product page. Avis has met my needs so far and I would recommend it to others out there. I've been chatting with Lucy on their support team and she has been very patient and knowledgable as we work through my page.

Can be a little confusing to figure out how everything works, but their customer service and live chat feature is very helpful and responsive.

Interface is super easy to navigate. I love the feature where options and variants are applied to all the products selected at once rather than adding same options to all products individually. Customer support is top notch.. received amazing support from Lucy....HIGHLY recommended

The option didn't work when the customer made a purchase, and I ended up contacting them to ask, which was quite embarrassing. However, the their support team was very helpful. They quickly responded when I reached out, and worked on fixing the issues right away, while staying connected for a while. Edit : Unfortunately our site doesn't seem to integrate well with this app. :( We keep having issues.

Lucy is also very nice she helped me out with patience even tho i was tired and proabably a nightmare lol

They offer all the options I was looking for and are willing to work with me on additional features. Their features and customer service are great. I love the app and the team behind it. I downloaded a couple different apps to my Shopify store but Avis was one of the best app. They also guided me with what I need on my store. Lucy was so helpful and patient with all my questions. I recommend Avis to everyone.
