Excellent customer service! They were able to install the app for me and customise some of the items. So far, really pleased with this app!

I have been using the app for a while now and the customizations are great. I also had a issue with a checkout button and Kevon with customer service was able to solve a simple issue that no one else would address including Shopify customer service.

We sell specialty flower bouquets. This customizer really allows us to offer so many options for our clients to choose from so they may choose exactly what they want in a very simple and concise way. A wonderful tool and also great customer service when I ran into a snag. Thanks for creating such a useful product!

Kevon provided me extremely responsive support. He went above and beyond and actually installed the variant I needed in my Shopify theme. I'm a jewelry designer and needed a simple sizing variant on some of my products (not available for my needs in Shopify). I tried a few apps prior to Product Customizer that could not offer me this option. This app does cost more per month than I wanted to spend, but hopefully it will be well worth it. Customers want options and this app can provide that.

The support is phenomenal. They go above and beyond to make sure the app works with your website. Varied pricing makes it easy to choose what features you want to pay for. Awesome app overall.

have been using product customizer for few years, and the application is great although at time i do faced glitch that results to sales loss. Customer service wise, Aman was great, and he is patience. thank you for the service, hope to constantly see improvement for the application. the one star less is deducted due to the constant glitch on the app. whereas customer service wise is 5 stars.

The majority of the time this app works great. The support staff are also super helpful. Thanks very much.

Very efficient in their technical support It's not that I had problems with the app, I'm just using Shopify for the first time and it helped me configure it from the beginning to the changes I wanted on the product page.

Simply the best support I have ever experienced. I wanted some customization and Kevon went above and beyond to help me with that. Really happy with the app and service

Product Customizer is a great app and would recommend it. We use it for flower orders on our website, it's super easy to use and the support team is always so helpful and quick to respond! The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because there have been a few occasions when required fields have not populated on order forms. Not sure if this is because the customer was able to skip over it or if it just didn't transfer to the order page.

Does not work! They'll take your money for a service they do not fulfill. Have never been able to download any files my customers have uploaded, I have to email them and ask them for it directly. Complete waste of money!

The help that I had from Aman was totally outstanding, very very quick response, (I sent an email to them for help and within minutes I had a reply), and even at the weekend, I could not fault the help, advise and support that they have given me. Would totally recommend.

This app is PERFECT for small business or a large business that wants to offer their customers the option of fully customizing their purchases! Our business is custom apparel and accessories. This app allows us to offer different sizes, styles, colors, designs. Add personalization to the items. Everything we need! And it's EASY to use which is so important when you are running a business!
