Rohit has been great to work with and the App an absolute necessity for anyone with more than a few skus. The importing of my Amazon skus went off without a hitch and everything ported over correctly. I really like the ability to choose which products you want to port over and which ones you don't. Highly recommended!

The importer was a big help in transferring my inventory. It saved a lot of time. The only reason for dropping one star is that for some items not all of the Amazon product description details copied. The key items, price and SKU were fine.

Best customer service ever. I had an excellent experience. If you have a large number of products, don't think twice about whether or not you should spend money on this app. Just do it. This company won't rest until you have every product imported that you need.

Not only is the App great, the customer service is absolutely 10 out of 10, Rohit is a superstar and helped me with a number of issues

So far so good! Had one hiccup with matching the inventory import, however, customer service took care of it through the online chat portal within 5 min.

Great app to sync with Amazon products! Handled 85K products and is automatically syncing updates. We also had a few specific requirements that were developed quickly for us. Must have app to sync with Amazon!

I highly recommend this company and especially Rohit who was my point person. If you are looking for a tailored product migration solution and real-time support, then these guys are for you. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have helped me bring forward my migration timeline by months. If something isn't quite right, they will keep going until it meets your satisfaction. Timely responses to my queries and they will undertake anything from product migration to ad-hoc development work. Unstable program keeps breaking down. One time it was showing someone else's products. Very slow to move product from Amazon. No sorting option wastes a lot of time. Have to call support every week. I was paying for this ? My last error. Language string failed to load: tls Unauthorized access!!

Dowloaded the free numbers nothing shows up...useless

I am very please with their service. I sell items that have more than 100 variations. Shopify only handles 100 variations so Xpert Import went the extra mile and wrote a code to accommodate my products that were imported from amazon to shopify. Also, their customer service is great. We had tried unsuccessfully to import our Amazon products using Shopify's own free app Amazon Webstore Importer. It never could import our entire selection no matter how many times we tried. Then we found this app. It was worth spending the money on a professional app to get a professional import. Rohit is so wonderful! I'm so happy and relieved that I found the ideal Amazon bulk importer and the regular real time auto sync from Amazon to Shopify! I had imported over 7000 items before I found Rohit, and the bullets were missing resulting in empty descriptions. So I needed to import the new 2500 listings that I created since then. I am thinking of reimporting the original listings with Rohits bulk importer because it might be less work than to edit some old listings. Wow it's a dream come true that I've been searching for. Its superb. Flawless. Rohit is so helpful, so amazing, so nice. I am literally jumping for joy when I list on Amazon now, knowing it's all being duplicated in my store,and it motivates me to list more. The auto sync subscription automatically lists from amazon directly to shopify. I am at the point where I am too busy to list both on amazon and shopify manually. I looked for something like this for a long time, and it finally manifested exactly the way I wanted it and I am beyond satisfied with everything, pricing, customer service, functionality, speed, ease of use. WOW! THANK YOU ROHIT!!!!!!!!!

Rohit is AMAZING. We looked at several other solutions before we tried this app. NONE of the super pricey systems could do what he did, and in such a short amount of time! We needed to import over 80 thousand SKU's into our Shopify store and had many people tell us they didn't even want to attempt to tackle the job.
