I'm updating my previous review because the upgrade fixed some of the complaints I've had with their design system.Like being able to make the pricing uniform across colors and sizes. Yay for listening! It's much easier to use now but there are still things that could use work - like the Leave a Message button to contact them is right on top of the save button. The Tag issue still needs work. Every other program can separate by tabs but this one requires hitting Return instead and you cannot copy and paste which is a big pain to have to retype tags on similar products. The upgrade also wiped out all of the Tags I had added in Shopify so now I have to go back and retype every single tag again (see lack of copy and paste feature above) but I am glad to see they are improving their app. I hope it continues.

I love the idea of designing and adding print on demand items directly to my Shopify store. Can't wait to see how this pans out. Very Excited!

So far these guys are great! Love the new platform much faster and easier to work with! product quality, no complaints as of yet. Pricing is decent and i hear they are releasing more products soon! so far an excellent experience!

I had 3 orders with them (immediately upon starting with the app) and the shipping was extremely unorganized (2 inaccurate tracking numbers and 1 order shipped without a tracking number). A customer asked why her order was taking a week and a half at that point. After an online chat and emailing, the issue wasn't resolved (and not one of the 4 people I emailed responded). I suggest (and did suggest during the chat) that they get accurate tracking numbers AND use them on ALL shipments. It seems like that would be a good way to take care of customers. After the first 3 orders where a debacle, I decided this is not a good app for business purposes and have moved on.

I love using Printify! I have had nothing but excellent customer service from all of the representatives, especially Sofia and Teresa Maria. The team will work with you on any issues/questions. I will be doing most of my business with Printify as they offer more custom styles than other print shops. In particular, I love that they are able to print on short sleeves! I have found no competitors that offers that service so far. Thanks!

Great customer service!! Very happy with Printify they answer questions extremely quickly and their products are top notch.

Upon initial install, this product seemed to live up to the semi-canned "great" reviews. The interface looked amazing on my huge monitors, everything seemed to function well, there was a decent amount of product and options, and the prices were competitive. But then there were problems that I noticed... When I went to use the interface on my laptop-- smaller monitor-- the interface seemed to not scale properly. Also, several items had a default variant that would show up for no reason and you had to manually remove it from the Shopify side of things. I brought this up to their "support" via email with no response. Not even a form response saying they got my email. Then, after I met their minimum posts to be able to get "discounted" proofs, I ordered a shirt. It was TERRIBLE! I had followed their CMYK to sRGB in PNG format and utilized their color samples (which are buried on their site) but it still looked like crap. The edges weren't crisp, it looked like spray paint over-spray, and there was miss-registration issues. It was a 2 color job, too, so not rocket science. A vinyl wall decal I ordered also had miss-registration issues, was not as described, and there's an odd black line running down one side-- probably a crop line. I have switched back to my other vendor for all products except phone cases. I plan to not upload any additional creative for those until I can either be satisfied that this vendor will do those correctly or I settle on another vendor. I want to give it less stars, but will give the benefit of the doubt because I have not tried all of their products. At the same time, though, I also would not recommend them.

Great design portal, but everything else about this app sucks. You cannot change your collection image and the descriptions never sync correctly with Shopify. Their customer service is a joke. Their live chat is a rouse and nonexistent. Their product prices are very high as well.

This company is not a wholesaler neither a manufacturer. Excellent customer service and software

Seriously, HOW does this get 5 stars? They break my site every time I update products. They don't let you change collection images, but they push the old ones over and over, creating four times the work for every product update. Their product catalog is literally presented in random order, making product development a massive pain in the fking a. They never have chat available, although they claim to. You just get caught into an email vortex. The emails go on forever with CS speak and zero solutions. They often end with "sorry we're inconveniencing you." Literally that. Just . . . ugh. They are a mess.

I just finished a chat with your agent, Sofia. My experience could not have been any better. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and extremely helpful. When I got confused, she called me on the phone so that she could explain it to me better. I could never have gotten started without her. She's the best. I think you should give her a raise!! Printify is amazing. Been using them for almost a year now and they are quick. Everything they do, customer service if you ever have any issues (rarely) but they get to you fast and they always solve it! Another thing I love is their competitive pricing, their prices are so fair. Other drop-shippers have the same price almost but they have horrible service. I was with another drop-shipper and I had placed a few t-shirt orders for my personal use, when they arrived they were always wrinkled and just thrown in there...this is not what Printify does. Printify actually folds their stuff, packaged properly. Eventually I got sick of the other drop-shipper and left because every time something happened, it was always "a bug in the system." When I called to ask why the t-shirts were not properly folded in the bag, because they were crumbled into a ball all wrinkled, they "we're surprised." In other words Printify is amazing! They are quick, tracking numbers are always there, they fix any issues IF you ever have one, and they have an amazing staff of about 10 people that ALWAYS e-mail you following up to see if you we're serviced properly. That's so nice because sometimes you forget about some things. Printify you guys are amazing, please keep up the amazing work!!! Cheers!
