So far, so good... bi-directional integration with ability to manage most of shop from Printful. The only negative is that adding variants requires more manual intervention between both systems.

Straight forward and simple. Best thing about printful is the step by step walk through process. The only down star I see is less varieties of product.

I think it is pretty good I would have liked the shipping to be explained better. It seems that if you are using a POD company that the other shipping options shouldn't be there to confuse you.

This app is great. I have not had a problem with any of its features. I particularly enjoy that the information is always updated quickly and itr helps that the shipping settings are automatically added. I have not had any issues thius far so cannot rate customer service as yet. However the communication via email is well received. Great App, Thank you!

My experience with Printful is great. I would suggest few add on for discounts. Over all 5 star experience.

Love it I just wish that it was more helpful financially for mothers as far as Loans to help mothers like myself get there dream business up and running and first order on inventory should be Free

Working with Printful has been a learning experience for launching my online store. Customer service is top notch....with the chat, I can always get someone to help me and clarify things that sometimes I don't understand. I have had some issues with some products with shipping issues, damaged items and or discoloration on the garment itself for my design. I tweaked a few things on my website and reached out to customer service who were more than helpful. It still is a learning curve but I am learning new ways to make my store better with the tools provided on incentives to get more perks for using the Printful platform as an entrepreneur. All in all, I am very happy with my choice with using this POD company for my store.

Love the UI and how easy it is to use. I have created a whole bunch of stuff that have been complimented by many.

Do not waste your time using this Print on Demand service, they will eat into your margins like crazy. I even had some products where I was losing money, what is the point of using their service if it will cost me money? Better to source local print providers and do the fulfillment yourself, don't bother making them money.

Increasing my original rating from two to three stars because Printful has made the print files available on paid orders and I appreciate the time they took to respond. Pros: the design interface is easy to use to make product templates. The packaging once it is sent to your customer is customized with your brand. Cons: Shipping is not optimal, think about two weeks from order, and it is expensive. There doesn't seem to be any option for expedited shipping unless you are using manual orders. The models for some of their mock-up shots are in awkward positions that don't really showcase the product, or the models are wearing clothing over the product in the mock-ups. You can only download print files that use Printful's free design elements, if you have a paid order for that product. The sizing charts that import to your store for many of the clothing products are based on measurements taken of the product if it is laying flat, including the chest measurement. This makes no sense. Most clothing size charts offer circumferential measurements, its best to build your own using Shopifies MetaFields

Definitely recommended. Nice variety of quality products. Easy to use templates help getting the right size images for printing.

UPDATE AGAIN:6-12-23 Delivery Delays??? 6 months later still no contact from support about any issues at hand WOW UPDATE AGAIN:1-15-23 I have been trying t reach support for weeks. You state that you have live chat but I have yet to ever reach Live Chat. I have a business question and I need to reach a live agent. HOW do I do that? I clicked the bottom right and asked for support and this is what I got. How do I get in touch with Printful support? Get in touch with our team using any of the contact methods below. So I looked to see what shipping weight for 1 tumbler is and they have it set for 11.25pd and one is even 16 pounds! No wonder my tumblers aren't selling. I have tried to reach out to customer service but there is no live chat that I have been able to fund. Printful if and when you see or read this please reach out to me so we can get these issues resolved. Also is there a reason why you aren't showing up on my vendor list?

The main reason I love Printful so much is the seamless integration with Shopify. It's like they were created together. Plus great quality, good service, white label is well done and when a bug happens, they try to make it right. Also, great forums and resources. They're not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and selling quality products with exclusive designs comes with a price. I'm very happy. I just wish they had more products in the home decor category.

Poor quality embroidery on overpriced items matched with the shipping speed of the early 2000's is bad enough but when there is a problem Printful doubles doen and provides exceptionally awful customer service. Not selling any products would be more profitable than working with this company. Shopify should be ashamed they allow this company kn the platform.
