I would not recommend print full to my friends - I’ve had multiple failed orders - I never received notifications- I’ve lost customers that used to purchase other things because they didn’t receive their clothes- I’ve had customers had to wait for months to receive I never get texts or notifications thru my Shopify - there is definitely a communication disconnect- The pants I sell are no longer available in multiple sizes , and I was not notified of this Also , one of my clients ended up losing/ breaking up with their fiancé because the birthday present they ordered 3 weeks in advance did not ever arrive, & they blame me .

Simply for the fact that I don't have to ship the orders myself but the biggest thing to me with all apps and sites is ease of use. If you can't make it so simple (SOP) that the dumbest person can figure out. It makes it harder to get people to adapt and convert without spending tireless hours of research and scrolling on youtube.

Overall, really good. I do hate the app, though, and prefer the website. The app doesn't show all of the products they offer, and it's not easy to use at all. On top of that, it's hard to get to the website from the app, which is just weird. So, bookmark your dashboard on their website!

Your chat is always on auto pilot and that sucks and seems intergration with ebay and shopify not that easy get an error saying shop not available what does that mean ?

could be a little more user friendly for older people that don't know spit, including barely being able to type but want to start a website for canva then to printful then to you. It's a lot when you know what you want tot do but just don't know how or where to look to find it.

So easy to use, and easy to learn. Got up and running quickly, and there were plenty of how-to videos to help when I got stuck.
