Great Service, Great Quality. Just REALLLLY WISH They would make cut and sew shirts and maybe pajama or sweatpants pants for men. That have to be easier to sew than Yoga pants! :D But the Yoga pants are great, Customers love them. And the T Shirts I've seen so far have no flaws whatsoever. Fantastic quality control as far as I can tell so far.

Printful is great for product sourcing and easily syncs with Shopify.

App is easy to use and effective, the only two aspects they could improve are: the area where you can print (only the "central" part of the garment for now) and the prices.

The app has a very annoying and downright bad behavior to import all the products it finds once connected to shopify, without the users' consent. This is web development 101. You should first ASK what to import (if at all) and then also provide the ability to REMOVE anything in case the user wants. You don't do either of those. You import the entire collection, and then only offer an "ignore" option, instead of removal, which forces me to see a whole bunch of irrelevant products in the interface. BAD, BAD, BAD! This is enough reason for me to not use the app! You should fix it ASAP. I am lucky to be using the product feed still in test mode, with only a few dozen items, because I had almost 7000 products in the database. I can only imagine the mess your app would cause, not to mention the trouble I would have to go through to "ignore" the imported ones, after its done. This is seriously a BUG in your product design. I don't know who came up with this, but it is unacceptable. I will not use the app until this is fixed. You are doing everything right, and this stupid workflow design ruins your otherwise competitive advantage. I will change my review if I see any progress on the matter. Until then, I will have to tolerate the bozos at Teespring and run two store backends instead of one. So to recap, you have no right to import products, other than create a channel and tags for what you provide. Shopify store owners sell a bunch of stuff, which are completely irrelevant to your line of business. So STOP the automatic importing as not only it has nothing to do with your service, it is also a dumb practice not to mention intrusive. I don't want to share my datafeed with you or anyone else. Especially without my permission. And last but not least, the whole thing is BACKWARDS! Why would I want to EXPORT my shopify datafeed to printful, when its obvious utility is to do the exact OPPOSITE, which is to provide me a way to design T-shirts, IMPORT them to my shopify store for display, and get the buyer data once a sale is made to do the delivery. That's it ! Its not rocket science! Fix the thing to do just that.

We are updating our review to 1-star and are convinced that the majority of the reviews here are about the app and have not actually sold anything. Nearly every order has had a mistake. Printful always agrees to fix their mistakes but taking the time to get this right sucks. They don't calibrate printers which is basic operation so consistency problems on the easiest jobs. There is no quality control as a matter of fact it is obvious a person does not even look at the result or the product would not ship. We have made an embarrassing mistake and are removing this ''partner'' and getting back to 100% quality products from Idea Chíc.

Pros: Great quality prints Easy to use and sync 20% off samples great selection Cons: Sometimes takes a week just to ship one shirt PRICE!!! almost no room for profits which is a big deal I love Printful's quality but I cant make any real profits when they are 3 to 4 dollars more than their competitors. I will still be using them for my more high detailed prints but for my basic prints I transferred everything to another supplier.

App always works well, with great printing results and fast delivery. Great, quick service as well, if you have any questions. Recommend it!

Don't waste your time looking at other drop shipping companies/apps to use on Shopify, just create an account on Printful RIGHT NOW! Very easy to use interface, EXTREMELY fast product turn around times, very straight forward design process and templates and high quality products. I use Gildan 64000 tee shirt and recently ordered a sample order (which they give 20% off on) and the shirts were high quality, not scratchy and didn't fall apart in the washer. Not to mention my designs were just as they should be, not crooked like some products I got from other companies. 5/5 would recommend Printful.

Edit: Since writing the review underneath I have been contacted by some supportive and caring customer care agents. They have also informed me that Printful are currently in the process of opening a European Centre to avoid EU customs charges (see below). The actual opening date is still unclear. Printful do not state VAT or correct product value on packages = Extra customs charges & VAT which have been crippling my business and customer retention (eg. a €40 hoodie will be charged an additional €19.50). Unbelievably bad customer service. One agent in particular, who twice I had the misfortune of having to deal with. There is absolutely no care for the customer.

So far, everything is awesome! Products are syncing flawlessly, software is much easier to use than any of the other POD sites I've tried, and support has been stellar. My only qualm is that adjusting pricing can be a bit clunky, especially if you're doing it after the initial creation of a product and you have a lot of variants.
