I tried Several Print On Demand apps, and Prinful takes the cake. I really Like the simple and fluid apparel design. I love how Printful will store your products in their warehouse and fulfill your orders. Excellent customer service.

Printful has brought my store to another level. Much appreciated. Everything is so intuitive which makes creating new products so much fun.

An amazing and easy app to organize my products. High recommend for anyone starting a small business from their home.

UPDATE: 24 hours after fulfillment was promised and no movement. The new customer service rep was unaware there were any problems and nothing had been flagged for review or production. ORIGINAL: Great software, lousy fulfillment. We have used Printful several times this year for several hundred shirts. Their integration, set up, software, etc. is all amazing. It just works like it should. The problem is with fulfillment. For the holiday season we had several orders placed on hold for issues. When the issues were resolved, Printful just left them on hold. Several chats, emails and calls later — still on hold. Customer service rep couldn't tell us why. She also wasn't sure how to fix it. These customers won't be. getting their shirts in time for the holidays. Also, out of 100 holiday-season orders, we have had five customers sent shirts by other designers. By the time we could get a photo from the customer (Printful's request), the shirts reordered, etc., these customers too will no longer have them in time for the holidays. To the customers, we dropped the ball, not the transparent provider. So, no matter how good the software and set up is, if the customer service and fulfillment behind it falls apart, you need to find another print-on-demand provider.

Printful is obviously the best POD app, fast deliveries, excellent products, awesome support team. The best !

I initially rated this company 5 stars but after working it them for 9 months I'm updating my review. Unfortunately, Printful has a slow and inconsistent fulfillment process that makes it very difficult to run and efficient business. Roughly half of my orders have been late and had some type of quality issue. Yes, it can be easy to set up because of easy integration with websites but the execution of the actual fulfillment of orders is embarrassingly slow and inconsistent. When you're competing with companies who have 2-day shipping, it puts your business at a HUGE disadvantage by using Printful. I'm at the point where I'm considering shutting down my entire business because this company has made it so difficult to meet customer expectations. Plus, when I've reached out to customer service with an issue to seek help, they can't do anything about it expect offer faster shipping once the manufacturing is completed. In many cases, it doesn't help enough and still takes weeks (2-4 weeks) for an order to reach the customer. Printful has so much potential to be great but the manufacturing and fulfillment are VERY BAD and SLOW.

I love it.. kinda pricey on some of the givin product. I also wish there was more street wear product like longer tees of good quality maybe even different styles of shirts like light rips. I use to work in DTG so maybe to accomplish using product of that sort heat press down areas or im sure you know but it would be great! but I overall enjoy this service.

Printful is super easy to use and is intuitive. I've had no issues navigating the setup process and integration with my store.

I used this app to design my own products when I started out! I discovered the quality is great. I love the quality of the shirts and very happy with the print. The shipping is fast and my customers are more happy with there products ordered from hear than any products dropshipped from china. Great app!

EASY INTEGRATION AND PRODUCT CREATION. CREATING PRODUCTS THROUGH THE PRINTFUL APP ON MY SHOPIFY DASHBOARD ALLOWS FOR EASY PRODUCT ADDING AND CREATING.

Unbelievably bad customer service. Wanted to expedite production of 2 orders because of a glitch in their system and the customer service rep was not being helpful at all and was blaming me. Additionally, a customer of mine never received an order that was supposed to arrive more than a week ago and each rep gave me different excuses (pre-typed corporate answers mostly)

i really like the ease of product use i wish they had more current customizable pop culture products like fanny packs and pouches

Incredible app, I made $50 profit in the first day with sales and they allowed me to have a catalog of 50+ products within 5 hours of setup!
