Easy to install and set-up. Very nice integration with Shopify. 100% automated when a customer places and order. Fast fulfillment too. Wish the shipping integration was better implemented for Basic Shopify accounts.

Update: I don't know if they hired more workers or got their hands on some magic potion but, since the holidays they have been so fast on fulfillment time! My customers are getting their orders fast, and more importantly, with great quality! This is the best, hands down. I have been using their service since July, and everything has been great! They have GREAT customer support who are there for you every step of the way. They have solved every issue I've encountered (issues that are even my own fault). I highly recommend using Printful!

I really like your app. The concept is great. If I may, you have to click around the site a bit more than I wish I had to. I am afraid I'm going to lose my place if a "arrow back" or make one false move. I would say I wish the navigation was easier. Like a "side tree" format, where you can go back and forth, up and down, and know that your stuff is autosaved. anyway, just sayin' not complaining

I ordered a sample hat for my store which was good of quality in itself but the stitching color variety wasn't. I understand that my logo has a gradient in it and that's difficult for an embroidery machine but the thread colors are so basic, my logo just didn't look like itself. I have another logo but was "too complicated" for their machine. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired as they are simply unprofessional. They greet you like they've known you for a long time but like you're an annoying friend they don't want to talk to. It takes 1-2 days in between responses for them to get back to you as if time is not money for you - it is for them! Lastly, I don't like the fact that Printful shows all of your store's inventory and orders when the products and orders don't pertain to this app. If you change products to "not synced" you still can't hide them from view. The orders in your store with other vendors will sit there in Printful's order screen and you can't hide that either. It's a poor back-end design for us and just annoying. The answer I got from Keana R. was "remember, they (Shopify store & Printful) are as 1 now" so I cannot delete orders from the Printful app or they delete from my store altogether. Also, being greeted just as "hey" is simply annoying and unprofessional. I mean, sorry to bother you for being paid to do your job.

SHIPPING, SHIPPING, SHIPPING! I use different companies for different things I want my designs printed on. I am currently in BETA testing mode with Printful as my Print-on-demand service for my designs. I need shipping to be EASY, not complicated. I also need it accurately calculated at NO EXTRA COST to me or to my customers. What my customers see during checkout should be the same as what I pay to Printful for shipping provided. If Shopify charges my customer $6.50, Printful should not charge me $6.51 or $6.49. It should charge me exactly what the customer was charged. I do not want to setup complicated weight based shipping groups. It doesn't work well and either causes me to OVERCHARGE or UNDERCHARGE my customers. My customers, mostly VETERANS, DEMAND and DESERVE accurate shipping rates when checking out. It shouldn't be complicated for the software either in Printful or Shopify to know the shipping location and decide to use Shopify's shipping rates or Printful's. It's 2019, not 1998. When I joined the live chat to ask for assistance, they tried to UPSELL me to fix the problem. This means it's possibly an issue they know about and refuse to fix as it's profitable to not fix it. From the MUGS and PHONE CASES I've tested thus far: Print quality has been GREAT! Goods delivered on time as estimated on their website. Packaging is good. Only 3 stars as shipping can help grow or kill a business.
