THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO RATE THIS POSITIVE DON’T ACTUALLY GET ANY SALES It’s a great app to put a design on a tee and get a mock up. Do not use them for more, if you actually plan on selling anything. I switched away from them a month ago. I’m writing this review because there are still issues with orders. Fulfillment time is bad Shipping time is bad I placed a sample order a month ago and it disappeared. No money back, no product. This has happened with customer orders as well I’m learning. They don’t track their own inventory. Your customer ordered something? We will let you know a month later that we aren’t sending it (I actually had to reach out to them to see what’s going on with it) Customer service is as bad as it’s hard to get your order from them.

Prices are high but I like the mock-up generator better than other platforms. I am using this as my main supplier and so far, I am pleased.

I would love to see more products and accessories to choose from. The prices for the products are a little high.

I love this app! so easy to fix any mistakes you may have made in the print file after you push your product without having to delete and redo completely. easy to customize just about anything!

Shipping from Aliexpress is ok, but print on demand is a lot more unique. This app helped my store gain the products it needed.

I love the print quality of Printful. Their mockups are really nice and the UI is easy to use. Pricing is on the higher side for some products but overall quality and customer service are really good. Nicely integrated to Shopify and Etsy.

Very easy to start with, good online image adjusting to wide variety of products. Everything just works! One thing they could do is have more mockups on some products, there is few products that have only one basic mockup.

I've had great experiences with this app so far! Support is friendly and available. The program is very user friendly, especially since I am a beginner with this. It integrates really well with Shopify. Any updates made in the app immediately transfer to Shopify and my website. The design features are quick to figure out. There are a lot of options of different clothing styles. So far I have not run into any issues. The orders have been fulfilled quickly and my customers have been happy. Thank you!

The app was easy to setup and use. I wish the resources was linked better inside the app of the Shopify.

The App is perfect. Printful's services are second to none. High-quality printing and embroidery plus custom inside and outside labels on most of their clothes really create a professional feel for your shop. Additionally, Printful is quick and efficient when it comes to fulfilment with fulfilment location being based on order location. Printful also allows for 2 sample orders a month for new shops, offering 20% off their price for the order and free shipping if the fulfilment location is in the same region as the order location. The app itself seamlessly integrates your Shopify account with that respective Printful shop, bringing up only what is relevant and keeping everything you could need perfectly within your grasp. By far the best print-on-demand service available.

I cant understand how anyone makes any profit with this company. Between them charging you sales tax in every state instead of passing on the savings to the seller they rape you with their crazy prices! I have never seen a print on demand supplier charge taxes to the seller in the 6 years i have be doing this. I thought i would give them another try but soon realized why I stopped. I guess i will go back to using the other print providers who care about customers success and not just pricing.
